I wish I could give them zero star
I wish I could give them zero star. I signed up to see a doctor but saw a nurse practitioner instead. She sent a wrong order to my pharmacy. I reached out to them more than 3 times but it's more than 2 months nobody has gotten back to me and my $30 co-pay was a waste. Pls do not use them.
Doctor On Demand is the worse service…
Doctor On Demand is the worse service ever. Took me 10 tries to log on, give my info, and still nothing. It is a SHAM. And like everyone says........STAY AWAY FROM DOCTOR ON DEMAND. So horrible.
Do NOT use Doctors on Demand
Do NOT use Doctors on Demand
Here is one of the “ wonderful” Drs. I had to deal with.
She would not give me medication for a simple UTI and spent less than three minutes with me where she was very short and curt.
Dr. Maria Solorio shame on you and this ridiculous website.
You charged me $99 and I could not even get a simple prescription nor a polite rejection.
She was downright rude.
I demand my money back.
Do NOT use this service. They will rob you and you will still be left to suffer.
Stay away from Dr on Demand and…
Stay away from Dr on Demand and practitioner Ella Pomerlyan. I requested an online Dr visit on 03/19/2025 via the UHC website (that's how I got to know Dr On Demand). I couldn't get a visit with an MD but I was able to see a nurse practitioner after I indicated the reason for the visit. I needed a prescription for potassium as I was left with none, I could not get an appointment with my primary physician right away, and I did not want to go to ER and pay another $2,700 (yes believe or not $2,700 for few pills or potassium and checking my vitals/bloodwork). The Ella Pomerlyan requested that I get some bloodwork done and that she will be sending the lab order to LabCorp I choose. I went to the lab but no order. I waited 2 hrs in the lab back and forth with Dr on Demand to finally get the order. Once the lab work results were back with me being low in potassium, she was no where to be found. I contacted several times Dr on Demand without luck. I filed a complaint with Dr on Demand, as of today June 4th, no formal answer from them and they keep sending me a reminder to pay $54 for 10mn conversation online to tell me to go and do a bloodwork so she can prescribe me some potassium pills but then nowhere to be found to get someone to send the order. Once the blood results back, Ella Pomerlyan is nowhere to be found for the prescription. I filed a former complaint with Dr on Demand but as of today no formal answer. This is the nonsense in the money hunger health care system I faced. Was I treated? NO, Was I charged? yes $54 for 10mn online to send me a lab order so that she can prescribe, and the cost of the lab but I have never gotten any prescription or been treated for the condition. I called her patient location in NV to be told they don't handle the patients she sees via Dr on Demande!!! All efforts and money wasted. I had to buy potassium over the counter and take 10 pills at the time to get the dose I needed. Their practitioners don't give a damn about you, even their response system is AI assisted so you basically is talking to a robot who does even not know anything about you anyway but they keep sending you reminder to pay the $54 bill, for that they are very efficient, no worries. A patient is seen as $$$$ only. The practitioner was Ella Pomerlyan, please stay away from her, she is a joke. Thank you.
I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this provider. After asking me questions, she repeatedly talked over me and interrupted my responses, which made it difficult to fully explain my concerns. The visit felt rushed and impersonal, and ultimately she read from the screen to say she couldn’t help and recommended in-person care. This level of service was frustrating and fell far below expectations.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…
I’ve used Dr on Demand for years and was very happy. They recently changed their website and things have gotten really bad. They keep canceling my insurance and tell me that I must pay even though I’m covered several different ways. Every time I attempt to use them, my insurance is supposedly no longer valid and must be imputed but the system refuses to take information. They want me to PAY exorbitant fees for service, when my visit is covered 100%. DO NOT USE DR ON DEMAND
My complaint is I CANNOT delete my…
My complaint is I CANNOT delete my credit card. I did not book an appointment, but I CANNOT delete my card. I want to close the account, but I refuse to do so without deleting the card first. I sent a message via their AI chat and was informed someone would get back to me.
Video call for hypertension…
Video call for hypertension prescription refill.
Doctor came online within three minutes. The doctor asked all the questions on video so no lengthy online forms to complete - no photographing pill bottles etc. doctor was thorough and then filled three prescriptions.
These reviews are not all "On Demand Immediate Care" in Austintown ohio
I wanted to leave a review of how amazing Shallon Johnson Cnp is at "On Demand Immedicate/Primary Care" in Austintown ohio. The first review I seen was so great of a previous provider that is now at another location.. and then kept scrolling seeing names of Nps Dr's. Staff that are not affiliated with the organization I was trying to look up and it made me sad to see this know what amazing people work at the one I was trying to find in Austintown. This saddens me that people may experience the same thing looking at reviews and assume there is just "Dr. On Demand or just On Demand" and affiliate this with a private owned company completely separate and think it's terrible care. Make sure you review which name and location of the true company before making a decision. I have worked for this company and became a patient to our Provider. Ive worked in the medical field for over 20 years and trust in me we see it all... behind the seens a true character of our Providers. As an assistant to that Provider and feeling safe with my health care, my child and Grandparents that raised me... well that tells it all. JUST BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU RESEARCH.
Do not use this service! Drive to an urgent care!
Medicare refused to pay because they said it had "a low level of medical decision making if using Tim (99203-95) they then doubled my bill and began sending notices every week to my email and phone. I have piles of notes of each very long and tedious phone call I've made to them. They use a service called included Health to handle billing and none of them are able to give an employee ID number. Never have I received a legitimate invoice...just constant reminders to pay a bill that they doubled. I've talked to 6 different people who all claimed to get it corrected and never do. Save your time and stress and drive to your nearest urgent care!!!!
I am sick of Dr On Demand
I am sick of Dr On Demand. I am 66 years old and I know when I have an infection. The reason for calling them so I don't have to get out and go to the doctor while I'm sick. They prescribed Claritin that I can easily buy over-the-counter I have an infection I need an antibiotic not a hard antibiotic just something like amoxicillin to knock off the infection. It's ridiculous. My insurance company pays them $40 seems to do absolutely nothing. The last time I called them I had a severe burn and they prescribed me an over-the-counter antibiotic cream that was useless I ended up as a doctor and got some Silver Prescription cream but it was pretty much too late and even though it helps could've been a lot better if they would've just prescribed the right thing in the first place. want me to call me back in a week if I haven't gotten rid of this infection. Why because I'm old enough that in a week I will have such an infection that It will take an enormous amount of money and drugs to get me well. I'm just sick of it why are they even in business? My great grandbabies were over here for Mother’s Day and they were sick. Their doctor prescribed them antibiotics and they’re already getting better. I don’t get it. Why take my money if you’re not gonna give me any healthcare. I know how to go to a drugstore by over-the-counter for symptoms. I need antibiotics to clear the infection. When you’ve lived on this earth for 66 years you know when you have an infection.
They fail to provide services and…
They fail to provide services and refuse to refund monies. FRAUDULENT organization.
Don't use Doctors on Demand, they don't care if the provider gives appropriate service. They just want your money.
I used Doctors on Demand and the FNP misdiagnosed a sinus infection and told me I had an ear infection even though I told her I didn't agree with her diagnosis. She would not listen to my concerns and she prescribed antibiotic ear drops and 5 other medications. I felt uncomfortable with her diagnosis so I went to an urgent care the next morning and was diagnosed with a sinus infection and was prescribed an oral antibiotic. The antibiotic ear drops would have done nothing for my sinus infection. When I contacted doctors on demand later to ask for a refund since the provider would not listen to my concerns when I told her I did not think I had an ear infection and misdiagnosis my issue, they told me they wouldn't refund any money since even though the provider didn't give appropriate care.
If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. Did not get a real doctor..just a nurse..she told us everything that we already knew..told us to go to our regular doctor..she was absolutely no help and it cost me a 100 bucks. Now I het to go to my REAL doctor and get charged 400 bucks
this is the worst service ever
this is the worst service ever - a complete scam. the nurse practitioner - “dr lisa” immediately told me what she could not do rather than listen. miserable money grab, by incompetent providers. do not waste your time— you will not obtain any relief. im shocked. terrible beyond words.
Queue time is a lie
They said it would be 10-20 minutes in the queue. Which it was, but then I was told my visit would begin once my doctor (Maria Solorio) "reviews my chart". She's been reviewing my chart for over an hour. I have basically no medical history, my chart has nothing on it. I'm still waiting while I write this review. Maria if you see this please get on the call.
Horrible customer service/Surprise billing!
I was ripped off by this company. They have on their website "No Surprise Billing." What a LIE that is. I saw a therapist (she was awesome) for a few months. Then I tried seeing a different one and all she did was tell me to buy and read books! She did absolutely 1000% nothing what I had requested. Two to theee years after I had seen a therapist, they were still sending me bills and they were for all different amounts. I paid them over $300 and still sent emails for $33, $3, $9, $42, it was ridiculous. I wrote a bad review on BBB and they finally got back to me with a negotiated amount that they said would end all contact with this deceitful company. I would NEVER get care from them again nor refer any of my patients to them. I'm an NP.
Falsely advertised as free
Requested a Preventative Care checkup and was told the $150 service (for 15 minutes of time) would be free. The doctor was fine, spent the first 4 minutes or so doing things on the computer, ordered annual bloodwork for me, and ended the call at exactly 15 minutes to get to the next one on time. I then received a bill for $66. So much for free! I messaged about this charge, the response was to talk to my insurance and the "chat has been closed". They purport to talk to my insurance when they say their service will be fully covered. But when that information is false, it is on me.
After insurance this comes out at $100…
After insurance this comes out at $100 per hour to talk to a doctor over the phone. Then they cancelled my appointment a few hours before the appointment but said I would have to pay $30 if I cancelled, sooooo I am expecting my $30.
