I ordered a lovely red jacket for our elderly dog. It came in a very acceptable time and was well wrapped. The jacket felt lovely and fitted our dog well. I’m very happy with it and it certainly helps keep the cold winds and rains away from her body.

Great quality dog coats brought 2 so one can be in used when the other is wet . Harness bit is really good and strong . Very happy with them .would recommend

I ordered a 3 in 1 jacket and have been very pleased with it. However, I think that when the weather starts getting colder again I shall have to buy the next size up!

They helped me to get the right size jacket after it was my fault I ordered the wrong size in the first place . I ordered to winter coats for my miniature dachshund, size L, unfortunately they were too small when they arrived. I contacted the company who were only to happy to help. They shipped out the next size up XL straight away, it did take a while to arrive but the fit perfectly. Absolutely amazing service and a very good quality product. I would highly recommend.

I ordered what I thought were the right size for my dogs but when they came they were much too small. When I contacted Doggykings they offered to replace them with the right size and they did. They also said I could keep the old ones so I donated them to a dog shelter. Excellent customer service.

Product is great jacket fit perfectly however after 3 months the clasp on the zipper broke , contacted them told you only have a month warranty . Now have a jacket that cannot be zipped and not fit for purpose . Expensive mistake I will not be buying again

Ordered 4 coats for each of our furry family which arrived quickly. One of them was just slightly too small, only because our pooch in question had gained weight since their last vet visit!!!! Their customer service were brilliant at sorting the problem with me and arranging an exchange, again swiftly. The quality is really, really good. I do recommend though measuring as well as going by your pooches weight as they do say on their website

Excellent customer service. Fantastic coats waterproof and easy to wash. After Adventure Day in the pouring rain Poppy came back very dirty in her legs. The coat kept her body dry and I just put it in the washer with the dog towels it washed brilliantly.

The coat took 3 weeks to arrive as it came from China. The coat is the best coat I have bought. It is well made, waterproof and fits my dog perfectly. My dog is a small sprocker and I ordered 3XL. Very pleased with this purchase.

If we start with the good stuff, the product quality is very good and I think a lot of people are missing out on these great coats for dogs. The product is a really good price giving great value for money. My little daxi no longer gets a cold wet tummy but is now we protected.
Not so good, the time taken to receive my order was over a month and I would have to say that good communication was not in evidence, this needs to improve.
I have to say though that we will definately be using doggykings again.

I ORDERED 2 COATS FOR BOTH MY DOGS ON THE 15th DECEMBER .GETTING NEAR CHRISTMAS I STILL HADNT RECEIVED MY COATS AND HAD NO EMAILS .I EMAILED THEM SAYING I HAD NOT RECEIVED MY COATS ,WHERE WERE THEY. THEY GOT BACK TO ME SAYING THEY BASICALLY GOT LIST APPARENTLY UNFORTUNATELY TWO DAYS BEFORE XMAS I HAD TO HAVE ONE OF MY DOGS PUT TO SLEEP. ON THE 8th JANUARY (THIS YEAR)I MESSAGED TO SAY THAT I NO LONGER WANTED THE COATS AS I HAD LOST ONE OF MY DOGS AND THEY WERE TAKING SO LONG TO COME . THEY SAID THAT THE ORDER HAD ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED .I FINALLY RECEIVED MY ORDER ON 31st JANUARY 8 WEEKS AGTER PLACING A ORDER .THEN WHEN I GOT THE SIZING WAS RIDICULOUS I ONLY HAVE A LITTLE PUG AND I ORDERED A LARGE (SHE IS ONLY A SMALL TO MEDIUM DEPENDING ON THE MAKE )I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHEN I OPENED THE COATS UP .THE LARGE WAS SO SMALL IT WOULD PROBABLY FIT A TINY CHIHUAHUA .EMAILED THEM SAYING I WANT A REFUND AND WOULD SEND THE COATS BACK .THEY THEN TOLD ME HOW TO MEASURE MY DOG .SAID TO SEND TO SEND WITH THE COATS ON MY DOGS (OBVIOUSLY HADN'T TAKEN NOTE THAT MY OLD DOG HAD BEEN PUT TO SLEEP ) TAKING A PICTURE WITH MY PUGS COAT ON WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE AS IT WOULDN'T FIT ONE OF HER LEGS LET ALONE PUT IT ON. AFTER A LOT OF EMAILS AND GOING TO MY BANK TO REPORT THEM ON SENDONG POOR GOODS AND TAKING SO LONG TO CONE THEY ARE DEALING WITH MY COMPLAINT. DOGGYKINGS HAVE NOW TOLD ME THAT I CAN HAVE A REFUND ,THEY TOLD THEY WOULD BE KEEPING £10 OF MY PAYMENT WHICH IS WELL OUT OF ORDER. WHAT A SCAMMING COMPANY THIS IS, AVOID AT ALL COST .I WILL BE GETTING IN TOUCH AGAIN WITH MY BANK TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON . I WISHED I HAD NEVER BOUGHT THESE COATS FROM THESE SCAMMERS .I JUST HOPE THAT I CAN MAKE PEOPLE AWARE OF THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY .
