Great company to order from delivery took about 10 days but apart from that good quality items

Good quality good response when I phoned to change the size..nothing was any trouble and they told me to keep the one that was too small. So I donated it to dogs rescue..I will be buying again from them

I have bought both harness and jacket since our puppy was born and have bought new ones as he's grown. These are of excellent quality and the service I have received has been first class.

I ordered a 3XL for our 12 kg cockapoo. It arrived after some time but was unfortunately too small around the chest. We had measured this specifically as that’s advised on the site, so I was disappointed, but the customer service team was great and very understanding. For just £5 extra to cover postage, they sent a replacement 4XL which is just perfect! They didn’t require me to send back the 3XL so I may offer that to a friend with a smaller dog.

My dog loves getting hers put on, she's the sassiest dog on the block.

The product is fabulous but the dispatch service was questionable to say the least it took me weeks to track the package down.

Initially a tricky start with half the order missing. Communication started poorly with AI replies but persistence paid off eventually and once people were involved the problem was fully resolved.
The coats are of excellent quality and the dogs will be happy to wear them in the cold or rain. The largest size fits my son’s 7 month old Labrador pup (he’s huge!) and the next size down fits my smallish Cocker Spaniel.

Lovely cosy well made dog jackets, sadly both jackets were too small for my dogs but the staff were so happy to help and sent the next size up which fitted well. They even saved me the hassle of returning the first ones sent by suggesting I donate them to an animal shelter. Thank you Doggykings.

After Cedric in Customer Service contacted me (basically because of the bad review), I can only change my opinion, he apologised & swiftly ordered a replacement which has today been delivered, absolutely perfect, can't say fairer than that! Will order again in the winter, excellent customer service in the end!!

Bad, bad, bad!! Coat delivered in January, zip broke middle February but will not send replacement because it's past 30 days!! Actually it's 6 months under consumer credit act 2015 if goods are faulty!! Also, check Companies House - ordered & took my money in December 2025 but, according to companies house they dissolved in September 2025! Avoid people!!

We are very happy with the product, the original one we ordered based on the sizes recommended was too small, doggy kings quickly responded to our e mail, requested exact sizes of our dog and arranged a replacement, Our only issue is not being made aware the product is shipped from China, which made the wait time longer than we expected and the original shipment tracking was incorrect,

Doggy King's jackets are great for my dogs I ordered the wrong sizes and there customer service sorted it and exchange them and they look fab I will be telling friends about them

Easy website to navigate. I measured my 2 dogs and ordered. The items took a little while to be delivered. The coats were brilliant, a perfect fit for the both of them. They were so good I ordered I ordered 3 more. I would recommend this company to all dog owners.
