Great quality!! Absolutely loved the font and how nice and shiny the actual id tag is. I wish I could attach a picture of my cat to show how good it looks on her! :) Definitely will recommend to get your tag from here (just allow some extra time for it to arrive) mine took a month, and when I was about to give up - it came in haha! Anyways, I thought that customer service was good, they are pretty quick to respond to an email and assist where they can.

Very happy with the quality of the tag and the service provided. We had an issue with our original order arriving due to a change of address and they were able to replace it straight away with expedited delivery. I would definitely recommend this company

Extremely poor customer service. After reading the website and seeing shipping within 5-7 days I purchased. The delivery arrived 5 weeks and 1 day later..
I contacted the company a number of times asking for an update, tracking number or refund and at each point they said 'don't worry it's coming' with nothing else. This was very frustrating.

The company at 5 weeks said, if you don't get it by Sunday, we will refund you, conveniently it arrived on the Monday.

I wouldn't buy again, nor should you

Great quality tag, excellent customer service.

We live in Western Australia and had no idea the dog tag we ordered would actually come from Switzerland. When we received the tag we were impressed with the article delivered by post (allowing for Covid) and on opening we were delighted to see a very high quality tag with very clear engraving enclosed in a small draw bag - as one would expect diamonds to be found! Even the split ring enclosed in a plastic bag. Detail makes all the difference! Well done Dogtags. We will come back to you in future and recommend you all to other animal owners! Thank you all...

To be honest I didn't expect it to be as beautiful as it is! The quality of the item is fabulous and the present in the little velvet bag was unexpected and a special opening experience. Took a couple of weeks to arrive but worth it.

What a lovely dog tag!! A good size for our German Shepherd’s collar and so easy to read...beautiful quality too. Postage took a little longer, just over 2 weeks in all. We are very happy with the product and would definitely recommend.

Couldn't be happier. Quality that you can see and feel, really nice finish. The engraving looks great and very clear making it easy to read even at a glance. We got 2, both the black and the silver tag look fantastic on our dog. Yes, it took a little while to arrive (about 3 weeks), but it didn't worry us at all. Definitely worth the wait!

Awful awful company. Very misleading to have an Irish address on the website but products shipping from Switzerland. I only choose them as I wanted items quickly but it’s now over 3 weeks, despite being told they would be delivered in 5-7 working days. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

My mistake that I didn't check to see where the dog tags were made! (Switzerland). I finally received them after almost 2 months. I live in Australia. The tags themselves are gorgeous and well made. Can't entirely fault the company for the delay as with the pandemic, international mails and parcels do take longer than usual. Pleased with the dog tags.

I was told between 5-7 days for it to arrive.
It was never mentioned that it’s coming from Switzerland. It is now 32 days and counting. I have emailed numerous times asking when it was dispatched, when it was likely to arrive and lastly to request a refund. They refused and told me to wait for it to arrive. By the time it comes (if it does eventually come), my puppy wouldn’t need a small size anymore. If you want to order a dog tag from here, best you set your money alight, at least you’ll see the beautiful colours displayed from it. Giving your money to this mob is worse than burning your money- you’ll get nothing in return

Ordered 9th Feb, it’s now 1st March and still waiting for arrival. It’s a .co.uk website so assumed it would be quick and sent from UK but it’s not. Now I’ve read the other reviews I wish I’d ordered elsewhere.

I ordered my tags before the 28/01/2021 and was advised that they were shipped on the 28/01/2021. After a number of emails and poor responses I was advised that if I did not receive my tags on 22/02/2021 that they would resend the product. I contacted the company on 22/01/2021 and on the 23/02/2021 I was again advised that if I did not receive my tags 25/02/2021 they would resend the products. I got so sick of waiting that I finically brought two tags for my dogs from a local pet store (pet barn) so I have wasted time and money with this scam company. If you are considering doing business with them don’t. I suggest going elsewhere where your business is valued and you are treated fairly. Also there sight has a rating of 5 out of 5 stars, this like the company is a scam, I attempted to right a review on their site and it goes to a moderator for approval, so I suggest that they don’t put up the truthful critical reviews of their service. Any company that does this knows it has a problem, do yourself a favour save yourself time, heart ache and money... purchase somewhere else... I feel so strongly about this that this is the first time/product I have ever written a review for .... they don’t even deserve one star, but zero isn’t an option

I am thrilled with my dog tag that finally arrived after a month's wait. The bronze bone is very classy with black engraving and looks awesome on my black toy poodle. Customer service was most helpful when I thought my shipment had gone missing in transit as I didn't realise it was coming from overseas! Well worth the wait, so thankyou dog's.id

My tag took a long time to arrive and when it did I realised that because it had shipped from Switzerland, that was the reason.
Now I have received the tag I am very happy with the quality and appearance. Just suits my dog perfectly!
