After waiting well over a month for our order we finally received our dog tag. Unfortunately I did ask for a refund prior to the tag arriving as I thought it must of gotten lost in the mail. Dog tags refunded me and then the tag arrived. I contacted them about this and they said it was fine. Easy to communicate with and the tag is perfect! Just be patient with the delivery ( covid)

Finally we received the dog tag that we ordered.. It took a long time to get it but we are happy with the tag, the whole family loves it, good quality and craftsmanship. And very good customer service as well. Definitely we will order again when the puppy get big. I would have given it 5 star but there was a long delay.

I received my tag with a slight delay due to Covid playing havoc on delivery times. It was worth the wait, the product is really good quality and my little Cleo looks very cute with her new bling:-)

The dog tags eventually arrived at our doorstep and the quality was great!!! There was a bit of frustration with our shipment getting lost and never arriving the first time - however the help desk and friendly staff were very quick and helpful to resolve and communicate accordingly. I blame COVID-19 for the lateness and missing goods in the end, but we received the tags finally and were very happy with the product... and so too are our two beautiful dogs with their shiny new tags - great quality and will go back and purchase more goodies!!! The prompt communication and very responsive team at dogtags.id made up for the long awaited arrival of our dog tags. Thanks!!!

Couldn't be happier! I ordered a couple of tags just before Melbourne went into stage 4 lockdown and so the tags took a bit longer to arrive. This was completely out of their hands but they still offered either a replacement or a full refund. As I knew it wasn't under their control I decided to wait a little longer and they arrived not too long after. They then offered a 25% refund for my time. Once again, the delay was completely out of their hands but they went above and beyond. The tags were perfect quality, packaging great, and their customer service impeccable, will definitely be using again!

I ordered 4 tags for my pups and the quality of these are amazing! I am very happy with the product and the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. They respond very quickly and are always there to help out in anyway possible. Thank you guys for everything! I recommend this place very much!

I love the size of my dogs new tag, and the printing is big and easy to read. The package took a while to get here but it is during Covid. The stainless steel O ring I ordered with the new name tag was pretty tiny and took some effort to get it on the tag. But other then that I love the stainless steel name tag

I live in Melbourne, Australia and I didn't realise that I had ordered the dog tag from Ireland. It did take some time to arrive but I was very happy to receive the tag and I was impressed with the quality. I have just placed another order for 3 more tags!!!

These tags are great quality! Love that they're stainless steel and actually engraved, not just printed on, so they will be long lasting. Their customer service is also fantastic! They're definitely my new go to. Thanks!

We received our tag fairly quickly and were pleasantly surprised but the quality. The tag was printed very clearly and exactly as I had ordered. We ordered the d clasp and it is also great quality and makes it easy to move from collar to collar. Would definitely recommend this product and would buy again.

The product is very nice and quality, the writing as well is very clear. Happy with the dog tag, it did take longer which understandably in these times, however, there tracking didn't work so just showed it shipped the next day and stayed there until I received.
