I ordered on January 7th and received feb 1st. I totally thought it was a Canadian website and didn’t realize they shipped from Switzerland. The tags are absolutely amazing. I’m extremely happy and impressed at the high quality! Highly recommend!

I could not be happier with this product.
The quality has surpassed all expectations.

My first order was taking a long time to arrive which I just chalked up to Covid and the holiday rush. So when I alerted the team of the delay they not only responded so quickly and kindly to my message, but also sent out a replacement virtually overnight. The dog tag is now here and its exactly as I had hoped it would look. So glad I chose to purchase Dogtags.id!

In terms of the product I couldn't be happier! The quality is excellent and the tags are beautiful. My only issue is that I ordered on the 11th November and they didn't arrive until 13 January. Without tracking technology it was impossible to tell where the tags where and if I was ever going to get them.

We had an excellent service from dogstag. The customer service's answer is very fast. We love our tags, it seems to be an excellent quality and the sizes are perfect.

Love how strong the leather is. Even when my pup bites it sometimes it holds up. The tag itself is well crafted.

Fantastic quality and great value dog tag. I absolutely love it and it's engraved beautifully. I live in Australia so I did have to wait a few weeks for arrival as it was not obvious the site and delivery was from overseas. Still, it was worth the wait and I would buy again. Suggestion would be for the clip/hook attachment to be sold as part of the tag in case someone misses it and has to wait longer.

These tags are the sturdiest I have ever seen. Heavy-duty and clearly engraved. As others have commented, delivery was delayed, but communication with the company was easy, and replies were prompt. One small note, I tried out the quick clip, but the tag had fallen off within the first 24 hours of using it. Personally I will stick with the regular ring.

The dog tag was slow to arrive due to covid shipping delays, but it came exactly as advertised, and the customer service was excellent!

We received the best quality, engraved dog tags I have ever seen from Dogtags.ca. Very pleased with the purchase. Be prepared for shipping delays during COVID but well worth the wait.

I love the tag that I purchases for my dog, it’s much better quality than the ones I’ve bought in the past from the large pet supply shops here in Australia. Covid meant my order was delayed but the customer service of this company is incredible, so I can’t complain.

COVID meant it took a while to get here (from Ireland) but the tag itself is great; excellent quality and engraving. I'm really happy with the purchase.

Great quality silver and beautifully engraved! Very happy with product and packaging! Correct to size and design ordered. However, delivery was delayed due to COVID-19 and the fact that it was internationally shipped from Ireland (estimate waiting time on the website seems to be for local buyers).

Worth the wait! Shipping took awhile due to covid delays however tag arrived and is great quality. Customer service was also great.
