THe Dog WATCH system has been a godsend for us. Our big guy, Zeb, cannot be contained in a fence of any kind or height unless we planned on building a basketball court and even then I do not think it would keep him in the yard. A Dog Watch fence has been perfect. Both Zeb and his younger "brother" learned the system boundaries in a week. What a load off my mind that when they go out they stay on our property.

Honest company. They stick to there word.

It was a good experience. Didn’t really train, just told me "how to" and said “read manual”. They also called me back and said they charged the wrong amount. But it’s a good product. Salesman who came out seemed more attentive, installers seem to just care about making money.

This is the best money I have spent on my pets! Triad DogWatch was great to deal with, they explained everything in detail and installation was quick. I would highly recommend to anyone, you won't regret it.

Wonderful team and wonderful solution! Dave thoroughly explained the product so we knew what we were getting. I would’ve liked to know more about the training and how long it takes to get our dog fully acclimated but we didn’t know to ask. The installers were fantastic, despite pouring rain! They showed us everything, smiling and soaking wet. I’m sure we were a sight in our ponchos and umbrellas! Training has been easier than expected and the fence works like a charm. I would highly recommend the fence and the Dog Watch team!!

Training was easy and Bo hasn't run through fence after 5 weeks of install. Phone support for training ideas has been great.

Very professional and reasonably priced. Really took the time and to explain how everything worked and helped with the training. I was so pleased with how quickly my dogs learned their boundaries with the fence. Took their advice on the training and it worked perfect. Even months later I get follow up calls making sure I don’t hav any questions or concerns.

Alex and Dave were so nice, they were there to help every step of the way and the hidden fence was the BEST money I have ever spent! I would highly recommend Triad Dog Watch. I did so much research prior to deciding on this company and I would STRONGLY suggest not looking elsewhere when it comes to your animals safety!

Friendly and efficient service with a great product. The installation went smoothly and faster than I expected. No problems at all getting my Boxer to learn the perimeter quickly. He is now able to run around and enjoy the full yard as hard and fast as he wants so he loves it.

This is going to make us and our dog happier. I didn't like having to do the corrections and distractions but we followed each phase of the pamphlet and it works. The company truly wants you to call if there are any questions and never seemed rushed.

This company was amazing to work with. We were concerned that our dog would get out but he is doing amazing with the fence. It’s so nice to be able to let him roam without a fear of him leaving our yard! Highly recommend!

This has been one of our best investments ever! We had some issues in the beginning, not with the product, but in how we were training them. Alex, aka dog whisperer, came out on a Saturday morning and worked with us for a couple hours and to date both our dogs have remained in the border. They have had many temptations to cross the boundary because of our neighborhood walking trail which sees plenty of activity with other dogs, cats, joggers and such. We truly love it and the dogs do too, they are exhausted by days end and of course are much healthier happy dogs. Dave did our installation perfectly, literally couldn't tell he trenched through our yard! These guys are top notch and stand by their product. Highly recommended! Thanks Dave and Alex you guys rock!

The whole process ran smoothly. The communication was great. Shane did a wonderful job with the installation, walking us through the process, and helping to train our pup!
