Professional and very personable. They really took their time in training our dog, Mayor, as well as training our family. Being a local company, I feel that our questions and concerns get answered in a timely manner and that we are treated as their only customer. I love working with local people; they make you feel like family.

Love this local company. The wife and husband are both very responsive and knowledgeable. So glad I used this company for my fence, instead of that other company that I've seen so many signs for everywhere. I am positive I couldn't have gotten the dedicated, enthusiastic training from anyone else other than the Kernersville Triad Dog Watch. I wish I would have gotten my fence sooner, would have made my life so much less stressful!

They were straightforward about what they thought we would need and what the pricing was. The installation was delivered in a timely manner, was done quickly but correctly, and the installer cleaned up any dirt, wire ends, shavings, etc.
I would recommend them without any question.

Recently my dog had some health issues which required me to walk him on a lease and allow him very limited time out of doors. As his health improved, both he and I were so happy he could go out on his own and stay as long as he liked due to his Triad Dog Watch fence. He loves being on his own and I love knowing he's safe.

These guys are TOP notch! They came out to our farm in March and it was cold and blowing rain sideways. We have a whopping 4.5 acres done in underground fencing and they never wavered, just kept going and got the job done! We have said many times since then that it was the best investment we have ever made for the safety of our dogs - Jack Russell terriers.

A few years ago, my husband and I bought a house with a large fenced yard, perfect for our four dogs. I was worried though because I knew that the fence would prove no problem for one of my dogs, Elf. She's always been a formidable escape artist. Luckily, before we moved in, a friend of the family told me that she and her partner had an invisible fence that kept all three of their dogs safely on their property. She referred me to Alex and Dave at DogWatch.
Alex came out the day after I called, explained the system, and gave me a reasonable written estimate. She answered all my questions, was very friendly and so thoroughly professional that I immediately felt I could trust her company with my dogs' safety.
Installation was fast, efficient and did no damage to the landscape. I was given all the training tools I needed to accustom Elf to the hidden fence system and, when I had questions in the following weeks, Alex and Dave answered them all promptly. It worked!
I recommend Triad DogWatch wholeheartedly. The product is excellent -- it does exactly what they say it will do -- and Alex and Dave are great -- honest, supportive and professional.

Triad DogWatch is a great company! They exceeded our expectations when they came and surveyed our property for our fence. Their price was very reasonable and they provided the same great service when they installed the fence. Everything was explained in detail and repeated until I fully understood how to train my dog and operate the system. They continue to support with service after the sale. I would recommend them to any pet owner!

Triad Dog Watch is the only company I would trust with my pet containment needs! They were the only company that I contacted that didn't try and use high pressure sales tatics or play on your emotions just to get a sale. This was most enjoyable experience I could ever ask for and their genuineness is for real! Only company that I had contacted also that displayed this thru the entire process. Triad Dog Watch still impresses me even over a year and half after the install! My only regret was not finding them for my other buddy before he crossed the rainbow. Jeb thanks them everyday for being able to have the freedom to be outside and not be on a leash at all times. Thanks Triad Dog Watch and keep up the amazing job yall do!

The experience has been top notch and wonderful people. Our dog was trained in one day. I know that is unusual and not to be expected all the time. However those are the facts with our English Springer Spaniel. A good company with whom to work.
