Had my first test on the Wednesday and had my results by the Saturday. Finally somewhere I can easily track my bloods with personalised advice and support to improve my health. Feel motivated to make the changes I need.

Easy to access blood test, staff taking bloods very friendly. Results are on the App in a couple of days and very easy to interact with Joy (AI). Do Health have obviously spent a lot of time and money on this aspect as the responses to multiple queries some technical are answered quickly and very informative.

Do Health is excellent. Good range of biomarker check with good explanations and how they can be optimised.

Really helpful to get an overview of my general health and then being able to make changes, also to check in after 4 months to see how I am doing

The customer service team were great and apologised for the lack of testing facilities in Aberdeen, but promised to let me know as soon as the mobile unit returned. They immediately returned my subscription too.

This is absolutely fantastic. Blood results are amazing and explained so clearly and helpfully. Blood taken on Wednesday. Results on the app on Friday. How good is that. Weekly plan is so helpful, positive and realistic. Very, very impressed and so glad I did this.

Limited experience so far, but at present disappointed with the poor communication and lack of direct phone contact to discuss appointment issues.

I had organised an appointment in my local area, of which there were few. I arrived for my appointment to the address provided on the app and was informed that the company was no longer there. I was told to attend another location. Given the time sensitivity of the appointment, the lack of availability of the appointment alternatives and the distance I had already travelled to be there, I was very frustrated by the lack of telephone line to contact the company to confirm- an email felt insufficient and I would not receive a timely response.

Thankfully the company who the blood test was organised with (Randox) were very accommodating and helpful and agreed to slot me in even though I was late due to the address misinformation.

Yet to have bloods processed and work through results so I cannot comment on the quality of this, but would say so far pretty disappointed with booking platform, availability of appointment options and customer communication.

I was really pleased that the person who took my blood test made the whole experience a pleasant one. She was really skilled at taking my blood I am reknowned for having really difficult veins and when I go blood donors they always have to get one of the really experienced staff … I’m also happy that Joy helped to explain my blood results when I expressed a little disappointment that despite eating a healthier diet since December my cholesterol and HB1ac was still the same as in October.. she explained how this probably had been the case and how good my fasting insulin levels were and that my lack of carbs in my diet had meant I’d increased my red meat intake hence a possible explanation for the cholesterol levels . I’m really enjoying the 3 changes I’m making this week. They are really doable and easily added to my routine .. I check in with Joy most days and get encouragement. I know Joy is AI but it does feel very personal

Amazing support, informed testing, explanation of the results and a wonderful partner for my continued health journey. Do Health genuinely has no agenda but to provide the support and knowledge to help you towards being the healthiest and happiest version of yourself.

Super easy , great user interface on app

So far so good. The person who took my bloods was a bit unengaging but was efficient in the taking of blood. The speed of getting results was impressive.

Easy and very professional, looking forward to seeing my progress

I hate blood tests, I’m prone to fainting but it was important to me to have this. The lady that took my blood was calm and very compassionate, I was soothed by there being a toilet within the same room, she talked to me and provided me with reassurance that no matter what happened she’d help me. In the end I was absolutely fine and got my results within 4 days. The results identified a B12 deficiency something previously passed off by my GP as a symptom of endometriosis and adenomyosis. If we can get to the root cause it could change my life.

Very quick and helpful response to my question.

Early days. I may well give a review in due course.

I like the clear explanations about blood components & the significance on the health of each one.
