So glad I joined this. I was debating if I needed it. I am 68, very fit and do lots of exercise but have been tired lately. Just assumed I was old and doing lots. But the blood test showed I have enlarged red blood cells indicating low folate levels. This causes fatigue, dizziness and mouth ulcers all which I am troubled with. So I am now supplementing and hoping to get back to normal in due course. I also have high homocysteine levels another indicator of folate deficiency and high cholesterol. Work to do.

Do health is a great way to find out what your body is doing. GP’s don’t even come close to providing this amount of information or an explanation of what could be achieved if new or different habits are formed early. It’s a great tool in providing an insight into how your future could shape up.

Results came back in 2 days-B12 has been picked up as low and they suggested diet or supplements- I’m
Going to try supplements. It suggests vitamin D is good so therefore this is a supplement I don’t need. We shall see what happens

The biomarkers tested are much more useful than a standard GP blood test and helps me understand more specifically where I can improve my health

My dealings with customer service were fantastic. Its a shame the reviews of Randox health made me cancel my membership. Its not reassuring to see photos of bruised arns with blood dripping. No matter how good the app may be.

Prompt and helpful response to my difficulty

You are weighed & measured before taking your blood.
The results come through very quickly, and are excellent- so indepth.
I just didn't like the Manchester location where I had to go. It feels unsafe there now.

Really enjoying the app - results have been informative and Joy is great at being able to clarify things and suggest ideas.
