Far Exceeded Expectations
I wasn't too sure about getting a refurbished phone - this is what I got... iPhone 13 Mini described as excellent... Phone arrived 3 days after order - special delivery and well packaged. Checked the phone condition - no visible marks at all, checked battery health - 100%, the phone came with a new charging lead (not expected). Inserted new SIM - phone connected to network immediately. The phone appears to be as near perfect as possible, experience from doji exactly as promised, if not better.

Generally very happy
Needed a new phone to replace my Samsung A7, as regular updates on apps eventually filled the 32GB capacity. I wanted a SIM-free phone, as I have a pay monthly contract - decided on a Samsung S22. The 128GB were coming in at about £300, the 256GB around £500. I then came across a 256GB on Doji for £330. Their website says they sell on behalf of third party sellers, who send the item to Doji for checking before despatch to the purchaser - very reassuring. Checked out online reviews, they reviewed very well. I received a confirmation order straight away. I was able to check very basic tracking info on their website, ie that the order had been received, but it would have been nice to know that they had received the phone for checking, hence 4 stars. I did receive another email when it had been despatched. They send the phone in fully recyclable packaging, which is greatly appreciated. It works perfectly, and for an item sold as 'very good' condition I couldn't find a mark on it. I would recommend them and buy from them again.

Great phones at affordable prices!
Great service, and my order arrived next day! Phone was graded as ‘Very Good’ but it was immaculate - only one small mark on the screen but no other damage noticeable. Will definitely buy from here again!

Really impressed
A few days ago, I found an iPhone 14 Pro in excellent condition at an irresistible price. After payment, I became suspicious. Do you know if the company is genuine? Is it the iPhone in the condition provided? After a couple of days, I received the parcel and was very excited to open the box. I was so incredibly impressed by this service!! was a bit nervy buying a second hand phone, just in case it didn’t work or there was some sort of scam. but it was amazing! i paid only £625(!!!!) for an ‘excellent’ quality iphone 14 pro and it literally looks brand new. works completely perfectly, battery life is 100%. i’m completely delighted and would recommend this to absolutely everyone. i don’t think i’ll every buy a full price phone again!

Phone order
I ordered an IPhone 12 and when it came everything was working fine until I tried putting my sim in and it came up as unrecognised.I then took it to multiple specialists who deal with mobiles and electronics and they told me that the sim has been blacked as the phone has been blacklisted.I am very frustrated with this and I expected better from such a big company like Doji who also clam to do thorough checks when the phone arrives to them.
