Pleased with the 'good' condition…
Pleased with the 'good' condition handset I bought, other than very light surface scratches to the screen and a few dinks on the frame it looked great. Performance of phone has been spot on and so far battery is decent. Will definitely stop by here again if I'm looking for another used handset. Quick delivery too.

First time User of DOJI
First time I have used DOJI and I didn't really understand the process but I put my faith in them and I was pleasantly surprised. I bought an iphone 11 in good condition on the 27/11/23 for my granddaughters 11th birthday and it arrived the on the 8th December 2 days before her birthday. Apparently the process is you buy and pay for the iphone on their website they then contact the seller who sends them the iphone they then get it fully checked out and tested in their IT department then if all is ok they post it out to the buyer in a small cardboard box it has to be signed for as well on arrival. The only criticism I had was there was no plug and charger or original box. The actual Iphone was in excellent condition and was IOS updated and ready to get set up. I was very pleased and will definately buy from DOJI again.

Second time used Doji now and great…
Second time used Doji now and great service again. When I ordered I received and email saying to expect the phone to arrived in 5 working days, on the 4th day I got in touch with Doji to say I had received any dispatch details and was concerned the phone might not be delivered in time for Christmas as it was a preset, I received an email straight back saying the phone had just been through all the necessary checks and will post out with guaranteed 24 hour delivery and true to their promise the phone arrived in immaculate condition so all in all great service all round. I’ll definitely use Doji again and recommend to others.

Excellent customer care, prompt response and feedback. I was guided all through the purchase process via online text which was really useful. The reassurance that I will get the phone on the day I requested as I was sending abroad and I was not disappointed. The updates after dispatch enabled me to track the phone all the way to my door. Received the iPhone 11 and the battery…
Received the iPhone 11 and the battery won’t charge last 1%. Kept turning off due to this issue.
I thought these phones were checked properly! I run a business with 28 staff who work there. Plan was to see how the one works and then order another 27 but will have to take business elsewhere.
Won’t be buying from here or recommending this place.
