Pay attention!
I did not have a good experience with this company. Major reason is the fact that they do not send you any monthly invoice per e-mail. It seems that you need to ask for this. What happens is that when you buy a Premium package of €6,99 (as you need just one document) they start charging you automatically 49,99 after 3 days. And they don't send you any invoice or reminder. I wonder why not as that would have avoid a lot of problems for a lot of people who now rate this company just with one star. They know the problem. This problem is not theirs so they don't care. We have send them an e-mail as we paid them a lot of money (many months) without using the service. It is true that we did not cancel the service within 3 days. (we forgot due to personal reasons) However a lot of frustration and problems could have been avoided if they would have sent out a reminder e-mail after 3 days and/or an e-mail with a monthly invoice. They did not. And that in combination with not replying on an e-mail sent to them a couple of days ago we just rate our experience with them with one star.
