Mafia style scam
I needed a check for a number plate - found a Visura PRA (or ITA Visure - clearly linked to ProntoVisure). After entering the necessary details I clicked on the link to pay €6.90 for the service. Months later, by chance, I've found out the site ProntoVisure was charging me 49.50 montly for a subscription?!
After complaining, I managed to get a partial refund but still the company refuse to pay back the 49.50 for a service I've never requested.
The site in question is clearly designed to fool the user - the left side list the basic to complete the form and pay...while the right side divided by a line mentioned a subscripion?! Surely a subscription which is about 7 times the value of the service the user is looking for should be presented before the PAY link? The site should be banned and this company should be investigated also for the intimidating mafia attitude of their legal staff.
Lately, they are trying to dissociate themselves from the other website (Ita-Visure)...but then the bank notification I received was related to ProntoVisure - so a clear link exist.
