I was so excited to get twin dolls
I was so excited to get twin dolls. They look really good on the website. When I received them they looked nothing like the website and were kind of scary. If I could post photos I would.If I want to return the dolls I was told I was going to have to pay the shipping. Shipping is more than the cost of the dolls. My dolls were $280, shipping is in the $500 range.

Avoid this company! I received my reborn (for my daughters birthday) and its a cheap plastic doll! Not what is pictured at all! The only thing right is that she has a heartbeat and makes baby noises! Absolutely disappointed with this purchase, I was so excited aswell.

Although the doll I ordered was mostly similar to the photo and video I saw on the website, I was expecting the doll to have wispy baby hair as shown. My doll came with toddler-like hair. It was thickly rooted and shoulder length. It had too much hair for an infant. I cut the hair myself to make it look more baby-like.

I ordered a reborn doll from this site on July 12th and was given a delivery date of July 29th which was yesterday. Needless to say according to the tracking system the doll has arrived. She has been sitting in customs now going on eleven days.

Never buy from this company! I purchased a doll, it did not look like the one I ordered. Did this review, was told to reach out again to the service people and they would get back to me, NOTHING, never heard from them!

The dolls are the ugliest ones I have ever seen! It will cost you a fortune, even if you get to send it back, that will cost a lot! And then they return the doll back to you. I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK.

Didn’t get what I ordered at all but I gave them two stars because the company did reach out. Definitely not happy with what i recived. Wich is just a regular hard doll no tel life movement the head is hard not wobbly like a newborn and she doesn’t feel lifelike very disappointed glad I got it on sale I’d hate to think I payed almost 100.00 for something I could buy at a regular store for 20.00. A BIG WARNING on THIS COMPANY
I received my doll and it was not the same as I ordered . I contacted them straight away , they said they will refund me and I’m to send the doll back.
I paid $55.00 U.S. which is $78.00 Australian and they were going to refund me $5.00 U.S ,,, what a bloody joke ..
stay away from them. Their dolls are all not good quality My friend ordered one last year and her doll was so ugly . She got the same treatment. I’ll be posting this on social media to warn others.

Did not receive correct order
The doll received is nothing like the picture. (Dare I say, it's quite ugly!) When I contacted customer service to explain they sent us the wrong doll they refused refund. The company states since both were the same size, material and hair color it was minor differences. They look nothing alike. The worst part, my child saved her money for this purchase and now has witness bad business behavior. Horrible experience!

EXCEPTIONALLY lifelike. He is tiny - butt to top of head he’s 8 inches; if his legs were straight he’d be 12 inches (Google says that’s about the size of a 34 week preemie). He weighs about .8 pounds (a preemie his size would weigh about 3 lbs). His skin feels like slightly rough rubber. He is NOT silicone, but rather vinyl. He is not floppy or super flexible; his limbs are “squeezable” because they are hollow. You can pose them and they stay put (because they are stiff molded vinyl, not silicone.). His paint job is STUNNING - even without his hat, so you can see his painted hair, he still looks amazingly real. I knew he wasn’t silicone, so I got what I expected. What I wasn’t sure I’d get was a real looking doll - but he truly is incredibly lifelike (I think the “real” eyelashes help with his realism). I am 100% satisfied. I ordered the “silicone vinyl body doll only” and he came with a onesie, booties, hat, and pacifier. (Also hospital band and birth certificate.)
If this is your first and you’re nervous, go for it. I was worried too but so glad I took the chance. I’d buy from these folks again. I ordered him 3/28 and he arrived 4/5.
