My 6 year old Grandaughter is in tears
My Grandaughter re searches lots of dolls to find the ones she liked the most she’s 6. Foolishly I didn’t check the reviews before ordering which is not like me. To my detriment, the dolls were the same size as advertised and had similar clothes as the picture that’s where the similarity stopped. They refuse to refund me only discount even then I haven’t had anything back, the website says refunds contract. All they say is you have received what you ordered. Disgusted. My granddaughter hates the dolls, so like someone else on here I have lost £86 and didn’t have anything left to buy her a replacement. I thought it would be a special treat. So wrong

I just received my dolls today. They are the ugliest dolls I ever seen. I paid all this money for nothing. The company is nothing but a scam. I will see if I can file a legal suit against them. Money is too hard to come by. I purchased three dolls for Christmas for my granddaughters. I am so disappointed. Absolute terrible company paid over £100 for a doll for my daughters Christmas. Looks nothing like the pictures they were showing it looks and feels cheap. Ordered the accessories with it and it came minus half of them. Dont waste your money on these people.

False and missleading advertising
I orded a reborn doll for my daughter and it was not cheap and I paid shipping fees, the doll did not resemble what I ordered What so ever it was ugly and the hair was awful, the company offered me a number of discount to keep the doll, in the end they agreed to refund me the doll only . I still am out of pocket by £100 because of shipping fees, please avoid this company. I'm gobsmacked they can get away with this kind of missleading advertising, its day light robbery.

Sent an offer for 10% off and response to my review is fake. The site is terrible. No offer to make it right was accepted by me because the doll was horrible. The “reach out” for help was a big joke. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are horrible scammers. Don't know how they're still in business! I ordered an almost $400 doll. I got a cheaply made silicone doll. It does not look anything like the doll I bought. No lifelike features at all. The feel of the doll makes me uncomfortable as it feels like an "adult toy". I wanna cry because of how mad I am.
