I have contact them over and over you get the same form letter sent from Amy stating we apologize and if you wanna send the doll back you can but you have to pay for it yourself through international shipping which cost hundreds of dollars. They know that it’s un affordable for a consumer in the US to ship back a doll That should never have been sent in the beginning. That is nothing but garbage so they’re lying about the response saying that they will address it they don’t. They address it with a form letter every single time I asked for supervisor to call me or a manager to contact me never so please don’t believe their lies. They’re not gonna do anything for you. They offer you 50% discount of what you paid and that’s as much as they’ll ever offer. They start out 20% of 30% 40% 50% and they’ll never offer you the full refund. So please never ever ever buy from this corrupt Fraudulent doll company…I have sent 15 requests for a return label or refund…they mislead put fraudulent doll pictures and never send what you promised. The dolls are horrible cheap rubber doll’s. Nothing remotely like photo. They want you to just stop and give up on refund. I filed with FTC and will continue to find sites to report fraud.

False pictures, the dolls are totally different from the pictures. I spent 150€ in 2 dolls and I will not give this to my nephews as it looks cheap.. I could have bought this on a chinese shop with 15€...

Cheap plastic junk! Hollow feeling, absolutely nothing “real like” about this doll. They want to offer me 10% to keep the doll! NO THANK YOU. I want to return it and a refund. I should’ve known better.

Great Customer Service
After a first positive experience, I decided to go back and buy another reborn. This time due to canada post strike I wasn't receiving it. I wrote to the customer service department, I received feedback and follow ups to every email. They offered a delivery upgrade and discounted me half the price so I could get it on time. It's too bad not more customers with positive reviews write about it. I personally think this is a great company and I would recommend it. Keep your expectations realistic though, there is a reason why some of these dolls cost $100 and not the usual $500+..if you want that level of realistic, you have to pay for it. My daughter loves the babies and accessories from this shop. What a great find!

Do NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT order from here. The pictures on the website are not what you are getting. I’ve sent two emails with pictures and detailed descriptions of the baby doll I received and I haven’t got a response back to get a refund. Save your time and money.

This company should not be allowed to operate. They are stealing photos from real artists, and the dolls they sell look nothing like the ones advertised. On top of that, they are using images of real babies or photos from well-known silicone artists without permission. This is blatant theft and deception. They are scamming people out of their money and clearly do not care about the harm they are causing. This is 100% a scam, and the individuals behind it should face legal consequences for their actions.

Don't order from them... it's a scam my doll ao ordered looks nothing like the one I got it's horrible. Hair is falling out bald spots its the ugliest doll looks like a doll from dollar tree... they only wanna give a 50% refund I paid $234 and they want pay shipping to send back to China. I’m am laughing at all the reviews, sorry guys! Wish I had read these reviews before placing my recent order. When I ordered my doll, I chose it from the picture, there were no options for selecting size or hair type so I assumed I’m getting doll as photographed. I received my order confirmation and it said I ordered a bald baby 12”. I immediately emailed customer service and they ask 3 times for me to send the link and also picture of doll, which I did. After 3 days of me sending what I ordered, they said it will be $88 dollars more, after buying the doll for $160. Mind you, the doll is now 40 bucks, depending on what link you order from. I said I am not paying more, just send the bald-ass baby, I’ll donate it for Toys for Tots. After reading y’all’s reviews, I’m not inclined to even donate the doll and scare a small child. Literally, I’m gonna record the unpacking when or if I even get the doll, stay tuned. They did offer to send a set of clothes 🤦♀️

I have raised my concerns emailed them ignored me, sent a formal letter with recorded signed delivery on 3 attempts no answer!
