My package was delivered three houses down from my actual address. Instead of acknowledging this as a courier error, Domrebel relied entirely on UPS’s initial “confirmed delivery” status and treated the matter as closed.

I was required to file claims, provide ID, and even submit police documentation based on incorrect delivery information. Only after I personally located the parcel myself did the situation change — and even then, they maintained there was “no courier or merchant error.”

Throughout the process, responses became repetitive and template-based, and the ticket was ultimately closed without any acknowledgment of the misdelivery.

Clearly a scam.

Domrebel is a Canadian Montreal based brand that's been around for over 10 years now. Back in the day they made graphic tees which I own to this day. They tend to make some younger Streetwear style designs, but all their clothing is VERY high quality, I mean European quality. I buy pieces from bigger fashion houses like Gucci, Dior etc and not saying it's the same level but being made in Canada it shows and the graphics application is super long lasting and top quality! 👌 as a Canadian I endorse this cool quality Streetwear brand!

There is nothing bad I can say, the quality is incredible, the swarovski stones are bolted to the fabric so there is no way they're falling off or out (unlike Philipp Plein)
I recommend Domrebel to everyone that likes quality fashion that stands out from the crowd.. I currently own 7 T-Shirts and a Jacket, I will definitely keep purchasing!
