Extendable pole trimmer
Bought a pole trimmer. Battery was faulty. Customer services sent out a replacement without any issue and it arrived a day after they processed it. From a customer services point of view, they were great. In terms of the product, works okay, isn’t balanced is terms of weight distribution, but it was only £83. Works fine, but I’ve only used it once. Fingers crossed it continues to work!
Bed vacuum
Brought a bed vacuum a while ago it was working fine and it was not working this morning so I contacted them via email. Mary responded very quickly and very understandable. Mary said she ordered a replacement item to be sent to me, dispatched asap and told me there is no need to return the item. Wasn't expecting this so I’m very pleased.
Warranty
Couldn't fault it. Ordered a set of three Vonhaus suitcases in November 2023. Couldn't find the email confirming this, but decided to reach out to Vonhaus anyway as the suitcases have a two year warranty, and on one, the zip had pulled away from the shell leaving a hole. They responded very quickly. After an exchange of a couple of details, they are sending me a new set of cases, and told me there is no need to return the others. Wasn't expecting this so very pleased.

Excellent response to faulty item
I bought a stapler/nail gun through B&Q with Domu as a verified seller. The gun developed a fault which was not Domu's fault as they did not manufacture the product.
I contacted Domu through the B&Q app and a replacement was delivered a few days later. I was kept informed throughout with regular updates.

I bought two foldable orange towers for my decorating business and I am truly happy with what I bought perfect size and the best thing about them is that they fold up and are very portable and not too heavy to carry we had a problem with one of the wheels the bearings came out of the wheel I contacted the company about this issue and they were straight on the case to get it sorted the people that let down myself and this company was dpd couriers by not turning up to collect the faulty item then coming again to say it wasn't mercury packaged what a waste of everyone's time they were but I would truly recommend this item and this company without any hesitation at all ps I just want to had to this review that I emailed the company about dpd not taking the scaffold and they said they would send the part but when it arrived it was the complete scaffold I was only expecting the wheel I was truly surprised by their dealing with my issue 10 out of 10 for the service from them thank you for being on the ball and going beyond my expectations thanks again

Brilliant machine, excellent costumer service
Bought an air fryer, so happy with the machine, my third one, but it made a strange noise on start up but worked really well so I was reluctant to send it back but the noise sounded like the fan was about to fall off. I reported the fault, sent the unit back and got a new one within a few days. No questions asked, easy process.

I placed an order which arrived with 2 days.
One of the items i decided not to keep, not because of the quality but just change of mind as the other unit i purchased was big enough.
I contacted customer service who were brilliant and very responsive and advised how to return. I had correspondence the same day after confirming my return and also refunded immediately.

Problem with an electric fire…
I had a problem with an electric fire after 5 months, the team were very helpful and sorted out a collection and refund immediately. Very good customer service which is rare these days.
Terrible comms, dont know why they survive in business, Appauling custyomer service.
Give a reasonable service to their customers who must be able to speak to someone who can and does deal with their issues properly.
