Good customer service
Received a vonhaus electric lawnmower - it did take longer than expected to arrive - but the grass collector was damaged, excellent customer service resolved the issue quickly.
Rectified the problem with speed and professionalism. Most impressive.
Getting things right first time is what most organisations strive for but what sets companies apart is how they deal with problems when they arise. This is what sets VonHaus well above the norm. Their use of Evri as delivery agent was also first class. Communication was excellent and I was kept fully informed of progress with my order and subsequent replacement order from both the supplier snd delivery agent. All in all I was most impressed.

The mini greenhouse was a good price and next day delivery was offered and paid for. The delivery company, Evri, did not deliver next day but customer services sorted a refund very quickly. The item when it arrived was as described and all seems in order. No complaints about Domu

Purchased a cordless lawnmower 3 weeks ago and works perfectly. Several height adjustments and very light indeed. Battery takes around 30 mins to charge up and cuts both lawns comfortably. Simple to assemble and very lightweight machine. Very pleased. Thank you.

Do not use these scammers
Do not use this company i ordered a scarifier from B&Q not knowing they had a market place and it would be coming from a 3rd party if I knew that i wouldn't of got it cos dealing with a 3rd party is a pain my item got sent back to the sender by the delivery company and I was told I would get a full refund but I'm still waiting for it i was told that they have sorted it at their end and to ring my bank I've rang the bank and they have nothing coming from this company to my bank i was then told it's down to B&Q to sort my refund out what was a bareface lie cos B&Q told me it's not up to them to sort out this is now three weeks later I've never had any problems receiving another refunds in my life I wouldn't get
anything from here they are quick enough to take you're money but drag their feet when you want it back and now they just blanking me and not getting back to me
Thought I hade the wrong coloured…
Thought I hade the wrong coloured gazebo, but in the end it wasn't, it was correct and Miel was very helpful and polite and understanding. The Gazebo itself and the sides are great and worth the money. Easy to erect as well, it is a pop up unit and took 5 minutes to erect with canopy. I bought the cyndrical weights and filled with sand as recommended by Vonhaus, they do fit but a little loose, but does the job. Very please with Vonhaus overall.
Pole Trimmer
Bought a Pole Trimmer. The battery didn’t work. I emailed customer services who responded straight away and I received a new battery within 48 hours.
Although I was disappointed with the product initially, can’t fault the speedy response from customer services.
I ordered a bin through Amazon…
I ordered a bin through Amazon (apparently from Domu). I decided I didn’t want it. I received a return label through Amazon and sent it back with n accordance with the instructions provided but had no refund. When I contacted Amazon, they were not at all helpful so I contacted Domu and they responded and refunded immediately.
The email was polite, respectful and friendly. Good job!

Avoid at all costs! I ordered on Tesco Marketplace a greenhouse from Domubrands. The greenhouse came with a hole in the cover, and despite my following instructions correctly, the entire greenhouse collapsed several days later, breaking my tomato plants. It is of bad quality and flimsy. Customer service is even worse as they are actually incapable of issuing a refund for weeks from my initial contact about the cover, then escalated by the greenhouse collapsing. They do answer emails with promises to refund, but that never happens as I get sent around in circles and suggestions to call Tesco myself etc. I called Tesco, and they advised that this is entirely up to the marketplace to issue a refund. It is a disgrace! I have no refund, a broken greenhouse and destroyed plants I paid my money for. Also, their phone line is non-existent. No one ever answers it. Just avoid them, that's all.
