Excellent
Super quick processing of order and delivery 3 days earlier than expected. Donaghy’s have the best selection of shoes for toddlers developing feet and in store experience is also always excellent

Fantastic company.

Honest review
Some of the staff were friendly and helpful.
In the shoe department we were shopping for school shoes.
We had to wait 20 minutes to been helped. I even had to approach a staff member and asked for help but she said she wasn't trained in fitting so we had to wait.
The shop wasn't overly busy.
Once we were getting helped the staff were lovely and tried to help with various styles and sizes but it did take a long time to get different sizes brought down. The walkie talkie system I assume is to quicken this step but unfortunately in our case it didn't.
There wasn't clear prices on some of the styles too and overall the prices were very steep. I was reluctant to purchase based on this.
We also had to get PE uniforms for school.
There were 2 staff on and at one point no staff present at all. We were never approached to see if we needed help so tried to find things and sizes myself.
Only 1 fitting room is not ideal in this area as we and other families had to wait to try things on.
Went I eventually got speaking to a staff member she went to check if the sizes we needed were in the store room, there wasn't any so waiting on a phonecall when the items are back in stock.
Again the price is very steep but this is the only shop it's available in. Would appreciate better attention to customers to make it a more pleasant experience.
Overall opinion is I would only shop here because I have too.

We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you're trying to get everything organised for the new school term. While not all members of our team are trained shoe fitters, as many have other important roles throughout the store, only our trained fitters are able to measure and fit children's footwear to ensure the correct fit and support. We appreciate that this doesn't make the wait any less frustrating, and we're sorry for the delays you experienced in both being seen and having additional sizes brought out.

We understand how disappointing it is to have difficulty finding assistance and to have to wait for a fitting room, especially during our busy back-to-school period.
