My mercifully brief relationship with…

My mercifully brief relationship with Donald started with me approaching him through his website. After a couple of initial emails with his assistant we spoke over the phone. This was an unmitigated disaster. He launched into a ten minute speech during which it became clear he hadn't familiarised himself with the details of my situation. When questioned he admitted he hadn't read the emails and then proceeded to speak over me and even "shhh'd" me when I attempted to let him know his lecture was not relevant to my situation. I'm sure his arrogance is well deserved, but I would prefer to work with someone who understand the importance of effective communication.
