What can I say . Real customer service still exists . Contacted Door Controls searching for a little switch for my mums key lock . Lucy the lady who picked up my enquiry swiftly replied and within 2 days I received a new switch in the post . Acknowledge it was something quite small but extremely important to my mums safety with her been elderly and living alone . Can’t thank you enough .

I have never known such dedication and…
I have never known such dedication and kindness to help someone who has minimum experience in access control.
I was put through by the lovely ladies who hear you out at first, then direct you to the person who is suitable to help solve the problem.
I was put through to Glen who herd me out and gave me lots of advice that made me more confident in pursuing the job I was unsure of doing.
Glen then put me through Josh who deserves a medal 🏅 he's calm and problem solving suggestions guided me through a very complicated fault finding job, on 3 access control maglocks and power supply units with push pads and push emergency brake glass units.
I've been in the industry for 25 years and have spoke to so many different suppliers but have never come across such helpful people, im still so impressed.
I spoke to 2 companies before them and they just wanted to sell me the units without much help behind my problems even after explaining everything.
All of you are amazing, but Josh is a rare diamond 💎, he helped me through 6 visits to solve more issues than a box tissues.
