Gosh... I now realize I've been robbed. I never received my ordered. I did get a reply from them about a month after I placed the order. The email I received said they'd reship it immediately. It's been 7 weeks since then and still nothing. I've sent 3 polite emails since asking for status. No response.

Beware of this company, goods paid for in good faith, no goods received, no emails answered...wish I had done a search on this company first...will be reporting this website to PAYPAL, Which and other relevant parties...

As most of the other reviewers note: Ordered item, paid, promised 3 - 5 days - 20 days later, no response to emails and no item. How disappointing there are people like this in the world. Do not use this company, life is too short!

Yet another set of fingers burned. At the sake of appearing to echo previous posters, I ordered a lock spring from this website. Payment was taken and delivery was supposed to be within 2-3 working days. Oh dear. Every day we check the post and no spring. Email goes unanswered, no phone. I think possibly because the the sums of money are usually quite small, that they hope people will probably write it off as too little to chase. Think very carefully before proceeding with this website.

Basically the same story, please an order on 11th April. No correspondence for nearly a month despite me calling them to chase the order, each time straight to voicemail. The on 10th May I received an email stating the item had shipped, but it never arrived.

Have also tried chasing the order and seeking a refund via Nochex, but they just repeat the same each time saying that they will chase the Merchant, eventually after three month they just closed the case without even bothering to let me know !!!.

MY ADVISE : DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH DOORHANDLEPARTS AS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE ITEMS AND WILL BE OUT OF POCKET. ALSO DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING WITH NOCHEX AS THEY OFFER NO PAYMENT PROTECTION WHATSOEVER.

Browsed web to find door spindles and left order unplaced on 23rd May. Received email next day asking if there was an issue with uncompleted order. Placed order same day. On 24th May received 2 emails, one confirming receipt of payment, second confirming shipment. Since then, no shipment, no response to emails. If I don't hear anything this week, I shall be asking Paypal for my money back, and suggesting they consider whether they should continue dealing with this company.

Wish I had read previous reviews before ordering. Money taken, no delivery for over a month , no response to e-mails, telephone never answered.
However, my above critical review produced an immediate response, an e-mail the next day followed by delivery of goods ordered. So partly satisfied except I had by now ordered from another company and finished up with two items.
Conclusion, incompetence rather than anything more serious, and as prices are competitive buy but be prepared for long delays.

After a very promising start, I am still awaiting my order #3321 since 29 March 2017. I fear the Company is fraudulent rather than incompetent having taken my no e.g. but no product. I am hoping I am wrong and that this will elicit a constructive response. Went to them because they promised to cut spindle to correct size.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this scam artist. Money taken-no Goods,phone no unobtainable-no replies to e-mails. Can't believe anybody would carry on like this for such small amounts of money ie £13.50 in my case.

Ordered handles and spindles on-line. Money taken from account but no goods delivered. No response to written or phone communication. Will pursue formal routes to recover money and report to Trading Standards.

Sad to say I have to add to the negative reviews here.
I ordered several door handles and springs and heard absolutely nothing for several weeks.
I started chasing Lee Stephenson and again had zero response - not even an acknowledgement of the many emails (to their many email addresses !!) .
Fearing the worst I lodged a claim with PayPal... amazing, the next day I got a reply apologising for the delay and assuring me that the parts would be in "in a few days" so I waited....and waited, emailed again, no response again so back to PayPal who immediately refunded me for part of the order - I was assured that the springs had been sent.
I waited another two weeks during which time I emailed numerous times,.... nothing !
Back to PayPal and lo and behold two days later I received the springs - postal dated on the day I contacted PayPal the second time !
I eventually received a refund fo the remainder of the out of stock items.
Faced with this experience I cannot recommend this company, if they are genuine they need to buck their ideas up, if it is a one man band working from home he needs to stop messing people around like this.
I wonder why they have no less than four email addresses ?...

I ordered a letterplate nearly a month ago, and I have still not received my order. I have emailed on numerous occasions (as their phone does not work) and had no response. I am now looking t taking this up legally as they have already taken my money. Have o assume that his is a scam website.

If there was a zero star rating, they would get it
Taken money a month ago, no delivery and lie after lie when we contact them.
Results: One soaking wet conservatory because of their failure to deliver.

Ordered some spindles from this company almost 2 months ago. No reply to emails chasing their whereabouts, and the phone number listed on their website and the order form does not work. I have emailed yet again, but can only deduct that this is a scam and I have been ripped off. Would recommend flushing your money down the toilet before giving it to this company.

This company seems to be impossible to contact. Messages left on their answer machine have gone without response. I paid upfront on-line for some door handle springs back in early July. No parts. No apology. No correspondence.

Ordered rim lock springs on 16th Feb still no sign of goods. Phoning just says office is not open, first email response said he had been short ordered, will not reply to further emails. LOOK at this address it is someone's house Not a Buisiness address, website looks professional but look at other review sites this person has lots of reviews recently for orders un for filled and not communicating with customers. Looking at legal action with trading standards office. Use at your peril. Kevin. We have never received our order from this company. They sent us two order confirmations, however, the order has never arrived. At some point they just stopped answering our emails. We would never recommend this company to anyone

UPD: About 5 minutes after placing the above review the seller finally responded via email claiming that they were away (after being silent for two weeks) and that the order was despatched the previous day. Got the parcel yesterday. Hence revising to 3*, but personally we would not shop with this company again.

excellent - arrived within 2 days of order being made, having only paid a small amount for a doorhandle spring I have saved a large amount by not having to replace an expensive set off handles.
