As with everyone else, I ordered door springs and received nothing. How can this website be allowed to remain up and thieving? My bank is investigating this as fruad. Payment goes to Dublin and emails are ignored. Phone number doesn't exist. My bank advised me to report online at Action Fruad UK, which took ages. Please report it there too. They won't investigate unless they have a few duplicate reports. Excuse deliberate spelling mistakes!

I was conned just like all the others. They took my money but no goods and no communication from them despite repeated attempts.

Despite 3 emails and numerous voicemails no delivery have now raised a chargeback on my card after 1 and half months very poor do not use avoid like the plague

No goods received, no communication. Thankfully PayPal refunded in full.

Took the money then nothing for months, when I inquired by email he said that it was due to a glitch and he would send the springs, he did not.

As with nearly everyone else, I have been conned by this company. Ordered a lockspring a month ago. Got a confirmation of the order but no delivery. No response to email and the phone number is not genuine. AVOID

Looks like I am just another victim. Horrible company. Took my money but no products have been received (ordered before Christmas), no communication, no answering calls.

I recently ordered door handle springs from this company and paid online. No goods arrived and response via web site or various telephone numbers. The company appears to be based at several addresses, depending which web site link you use. Luckily I paid via PayPal, who were brilliant and I secured a refund.

I ordered a box of springs and paid online back in Nov 2016. Now Jan 2017, after chasing by tel and by email, it is apparent they have no intention of doing anything but taking my money. No goods sent, no response, no refund. AVOID

Ordered at the start of Jan no order received. Emailed and called and left voicemail. Money taken.

Ordered small common part and a lock at the beginning of December and paid promptly with Paypal. Month and a half later with no product and no response from attempts to contact them have approached Paypal for refund.

Placed an order over 2 months ago. Order not delivered! No response from company despite several emails and telephone calls. Avoid this company.

Like many commentators on this site, I placed an small order with these crooks and have yet to see the goods, almost a month later.
He steadfastly refuses to respond to emails, telephone messages and is totally unresponsive.
I can only surmise that he is a con man who has no compunction in taking money from people who trade with him with the best of intentions. He has no intention of supplying the order and would not be surprised if his glowing reviews on other websites are self-penned.

Like others have indicated, avoid this company. I placed a small order for three mortice lock springs on 12th November 2016, money taken via PayPal and e-mail issued indicating a delivery within 2-3 days. Now 2nd December 2016 and no springs. Also have tried phoning and leaving messages on their answer phone and e-mailing, but no response. I have started PayPal re-imbursement and notified Trading Standards about this company.

Placed order on 10th October with a 2-3 day Parcelforce delivery promised. Items never received. Emailed company as there is a notice on their website saying issues with 'phone. No response to either email I have sent. Now going to Paypal for a refund, hopefully!

Ordered goods never arrived. Emails unanswered. Phone number unobtainable. Trading from two addresses. Have notified Pay Pay, & Sussex police. Hopefully I'll get my money back. I also tried notifying Google...... almost an impossible task. Had a conversation with a nice lady in the Philippines, to no avail.
Beware ..... don't get caught like me. I live 150 miles from Worthing, but if I had been local, I would be knocking on the door.

Placed order over a month ago. Nothing has arrived and despite emailing several times I've not had any response from the company. Very suspicious that the phone us still out of order so I've lodged a complaint with PayPal and reported to watchdog. Hopefully no one else will get lulled into what is either a scam or complete incompetence.

They take your money, but don't send the order, and don't respond to emails asking for status update. Website says to email as there are "technical issues with the phone system", so basically you can't contact them!
Don't bother with these con men.

Ordered goods from Doorhandleparts which unfortunately did not arrive. Contacted seller and he immediately dispatched replacements by 1st class post (original p&p was only for 2nd class, and sent an apologetic e-mail updating me of the latest situation. Goods arrived as forecast.
This is not the first time goods I've had orders sent by post, from various suppliers, which have disappeared in transit so this company is not alone with this problem.
My experience makes me confident to use this company again.
I do not have any connection with this business or it's employees other than as a first time customer.

Like the rest, ordered, nothing came, tried to contact, no response. Thanks to Paypal for the quick refund.
