Placed an order on 3rd January 2018 and still have not received goods, left many messages on their phone (as always goes to voicemail) but no one comes back, sent emails but again not response. They have taken payment but that is all they have done. Do not use this company !

as with other reviews, they took my money, no goods dispatched, no response to e mails or phone calls.

Please avoid ordering through this company, I placed an order six weeks ago and still not received anything, I sent follow up emails but no reply, I tried phoning the helpline but you only get an answer phone...

Scam. Took money and suggested 2-3 days delivery time. After non delivery they said they were experiencing some delays. They ignored subsequent emails and phone line doesn't work. Over a month later there's still no sign of the order.

Avoid at all costs.

Do not touch them. Learnt my mistake and didnt look at these reviews. Its a home address!! Loads of phone calls and emails. They just take your money. Luckly just 5.00 spent but its the principle.

Like other reviewers I placed an order expecting a 2-3 day delivery which has not been fulfilled. No response to follow-up phone calls and email. I will definitely report this to credit card company.

Took my payment but nothing delivered after almost two weeks despite the website saying 2-3 day delivery and no reply to email or voicemail asking where the order is.
Unable to get a return call despite leaving messages. I would say avoid at all costs.

I have paid for items. Our Invoice also says 2-3 days, but did not arrive. Unresponsive to emails and phone calls. Don"t order from this website because is freud.

as all the others - took my money, no response to emails - no company exists in the UK - its a domestic house on streetview. Reported to the police and my cc company.

scam. didn't fulfil order took my money and never replied to emails or messages on their website. clearly a scam please don't buy anything from this site

This company is a scam - RUN. Wish I had seen the reviews just like all the others have written. Time to contact the bank plus Google and Facebook to hopefully remove them.

Unfortunately I made an elementary mistake by not checking these scammers out before ordering. Just as with everyone else, order 4915 not arrived, emails not replied and phone number goes to some call centre no one answering.
Time to contact trading standards and my bank for fraud and then go and knock this crook's door.

Waited 3 months , I paid with paypal they refunded it , then I paid agin , they refunded it agin, and wanted me to use "2co.com for payment . So I did and paid, but after 3 months and no replay to my emails. I looks like they have ripped me off too.. Now I see all the other people that have been ripped off on this forum

As the previous reviewer stated wish I read the reviews for this site before I ordered. A month and nothing! Not a word. I will be taking this up with PayPal to at least request a refund

Wish i'd read the reviews before ordering online with this company. I ordered goods at the end of July. It is now the end of August and despite stating my goods would be dispatched within 2 days, nothing has arrived. I have chased and my emails are ignored. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMER

Placed order online, with promise to dispatch goods by 1st class. No order confirmation email however money taken from my account. Contacted email direct and also via website but no response. Phone number not in service.
Hats off to the scammer the web site looks very genuine and when usually have adresss and phone number seems ok to. Luckily only a small order value placed. Reported and raised claim with my bank and cancelled card paid on after realised and found all these bad reviews. Will report it to other authorities when get a chance as this low life scam artist need closing down!!
