Well, pretty much immediately after I'd contacted them through their website contact page and posting a port review on Trustpilot I received an e-mail confirming that my order had been completed and would be with me in 2-3 days. It arrived this morning (next day delivery) as it was posted first class. Clearly not a scam company but they certainly need to up the customer service. In the end what I ordered was what I got but a slow, drawn out process. It would be interesting to know the background of this odd company.

Ordered and they did not deliver, they did not respond to email or phone - I raised a case with Paypal and they immediately emailed cancelling the order.
Please do not use this scam outfit

Ordered parts months ago, no sign of them and no customer services to speak to, Stay away from them!

wish I had checked the reviews before buying ,still waiting for parts ordered on the 14th June and no replies to emails.

Placed a small order on 28th June and still nothing has been delivered. Emailed and had a response from ‘Lee’ who said I would of receive last Wednesday but nothing. Have since emailed and phoned with no replies. Have contacted my bank and fraud investigation team are now dealing with this.

Ooops, did not check Trust pilot before ordering... My own fault, but nevertheless: these guys are quick to take your money, but do not deliver. Ordered the 15th of June 2018 and still no delivery. Order status still on "pending" (and probably will be for life). No telephone calls returned, no reaction to my emails. This company is bad news... Stay well away of this one...

Wish I'd checked this company's reviews before ordering! Like so many here have placed order (a pair of squash door handles) but am still waiting after nearly a month. They don't reply to emails and cannot be contacted by phone. If I don't hear from them in the next couple of days I'll be contacting fraud authorities.

3 weeks and counting for one small door spring.

I have had a bad experience with this company and very similar to other reviewers. I ordered a set of door handles and received confirmation that order was paid. I sent several emails enquiring about failure to deliver order and received no reply. I phoned on numerous occasions (US?) and only received an automated reply stating voice-mail box was full. In my opinion do not enter into any transaction with this company.

This company is a scam. Ordered door part 2 months ago, got confirmation e-mail. Nothing has arrived - tried phoning and e-mailing several times. Waste of time and money. Avoid this company it is a scam. Good reviews are obviously fake.

They had just the correct parts for my Victorian locks at a reasonable price and good srvice. Thanks

Initially I had problems contacting this company. However I then did get a reply and an apology that technical issues has been a problem. After that I received great service. This company will be my first port of call for all lock components and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them as their range of handle and lock parts is great, they are now very easily contactable and have been very helpful. Also I found their website to be very helpful in deciding what components are needed.

First time I ordered I immediately got confirmation email and another email a day later confirming part was posted and sure enough received the part I'd ordered. So I ordered another completely different part 4 weeks later expecting the same good service and it's as if I'd ordered from a different company. I got the first email (11/2/18) confirming my order but have heard nothing else since. It's been over 5 weeks. No one answers the phone, nobody responds to emails. I threatened to call Trading Standards and still no rise :(

It looks like my experience is the same as everyone else. I ordered the parts 4 weeks ago expecting a 2/3 day delivery. My emails to the company are ignored. It looks like my only option is to request a refund through the credit card and source the parts elsewhere, Such a waste of time!

Obscure part - just what I needed. Supplied faster than they estimated!

Same as everyone else, very professional looking scam. Took money, nothing delivered, no one answered phone calls or emails just automated. Please do not make the same mistake as me, this is purely and simply an online scam.

If you want excellent service look no further.
I placed an order and the items arrived on time.
I needed to make a change (my fault) and as before it was done immediately.
I then needed more items - same result - brilliant.
I also asked questions via email and each was answered promptly.

I recommend the company without hesitation.

Delighted to find that door handle springs for my 30 year old house were available. The picture looked right, the dimensions were correct and I ordered 6 parts. Price reasonable and delivery price and time promise good
Within a couple of days the parts arrived and fitted absolutely perfectly. I am really pleased with the products and the quick delivery.If I need any more this is the place to go for them.

Great personal help

Ordered door springs Feb 16th 2018 money taken,order number sent by e-mail,since then nothing.Sent enquiry e-mail three days ago ,no reply.Have now found all the other negative reviews,so not holding out much hope of receiving the goods.What I dont get is why the very informative web site and professional purchase system for a scam merchant.Also one would think that Trading Standards would have stepped in by now as bad reviews go back years.Also it appears that this company is registered under Northern DIY as well .This firm sells through Amazon UK so must be cleared by them. doesnt make sense!!!!! Have now found out that doorhandle parts has no connection and nothing to do with door handle---- springs which is Northern DIY.This company has an excellent record and will give good service so use them and avoid doorhandle---parts,After posting yesterday has a reply today from doorhandle parts to say they are going to refund my money-watch this space!!!!!!!! Update3rd March, have received refund as promised so this not a con but service is still a problem for them I think-maybe a part time one man band company!!!!!!
