AVOID these scammers!!! ordered springs months ago, left messages and sent emails as the springs were not delivered. Got no reply from the sellers at all despite them taking my money.

As with so many others I placed an order with doorhandleparts.co.uk money taken but parts not delivered. Emails were ignored and the telephone number provided doesn't exist. AVOID.

Ordered multipoint door handle on 25/1/19. Money taken promptly. No delivery. Telephone number doesn't exist and 7 emails and got 1 reply saying looking to my order and 2 weeks another to emails saying discontinued offered a different one was no good so asked for refund still waiting .
Checked and read horror reviews on Trust Pilot. Wish I had checked BEFORE placing my order!

I ordered springs on 27/12/2018, money taken and prompt email confirmation, but no springs arrived yet (1/03/2019). I have now emailed them, but if no delivery with next 7 days I shall consult local Trading Standards and/or Online Fraud

Ordered some springs 21 days ago, not delivered. Have tried to phone but can't connect just goes dead. Emailed them 3 times not even had a reply. Just a rubbish company wish i had read the reviews first.

I ordered door handle springs on 6/2/2019 however we still didn’t arrived by 20/2/2019. Contacted sales and apologies, the salesman was happy to help then got the package within 2 days. Great service when contacted and chased up. People if it doesn’t come within a few days chase it up and the sales person will be happy to help.

Like many here, wish I had read the reviews of the site before I purchased.

Order on the 26/01/2019, emailed support and got a response from Lee, advising he was chasing supplier. Emailed again yesterday and nothing. Well pi$$ed now I didn't read reviews of site.
I'll be wasting an hour now contacting my bank and Visa to try and recover my money.

Avoid company

Ordered Rim lock springs for lock on 2/2/19. Money taken promptly. No delivery. Telephone number doesn't exist and no reply to emails.

Just after posting my review I received an email from the company offering a delayed order or a full refund. I have just confirmed that payment was received in full which was much appreciated!

Wish i had looked on this site before ordering. Order and money taken but no delivery. Phone number not recognised and no reply to my email. Is this company really in business or just taking orders with no intention of fulfilling.

Experience mirrors most others on here - springs and other goods ordered Early Dec 2018, money taken, invoice and receipt sent via email. No goods despite 2-3 day delivery time. Eventually got a response 1 month later from Lee Stephenson after contacting via email form on website saying goods would be dispatched ASAP. Nothing again for another month, and no further response to subsequent contact. Am hoping posting a review on here might get a response as seems to have worked for other customers. If not I have prepared a report online to Action Fraud who deal with online crime - recommend others to do similar if you share this experience.

Ordered mid December (2018), money taken, never delivered, won't answer emails or their "contact me" page and the phone line is a fax machine.

Order several replacement springs on 5 Jan. prompt email acknowledgment and separate confirmation of payment. Then....nothing! Sent several emails chasing response to no avail.
So much ‘bull***t’about there excellent service on their website but it all appears to be lies as no delivery after nearly 3 weeks.
Having read other reviews I now kick myself. Will now try and get refund.
After posting review I received email from company, part refund from company for item they could not deliver and, yesterday, received the springs I wanted. So they can do it!

Ordered small spring 3/12/2018. Charged immediately. In spite of
promises there is still no spring. I was conned.

Order placed for a door handle springs etc on 08/12/18. I got an immediate email confirming the order and another email stating the order had been shipped on 12/12/18. They promptly took my money but the order never arrived. As the previous reviewer says 'the company do not respond to emails and the 03333449199 number on their website does not work. Do not buy from this company.'

PS; Got an email from Lee Stephenson the day after this review went on line saying the order would be re-dispatched immediately. It has now arrived post-marked 23 Jan. Hard to know what the issue is with this outfit.

Made a massive mistake. Bought a couple of springs without checking the reviews - big mistake. They took my money quickly and it's been several weeks and no springs. Their phone number doesn't work and they don't answer their emails. I will be reporting them to trading standards. Do not use this company - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

PS - springs now delivered - can't work out whether they're just slow at delivering or whether there is a genuine problem. They need to get their phone number working.

Ordered and paid but foolishly did not check here first. No springs, no answer to emails.

Eight days now, no update to my order, no response to my emails, telephone number does not work.
Payment taken immediately now I'm chasing to get my money back.
Clearly a dishonest seller.

Funny two minutes after posting this review I get an email offering an immediate refund.

Item didn’t arrive, so emailed the company. Lee replied and said he’d send another, which arrived promptly. Was worried after seeing all the other reviews but for me I’m happy.
All in all it took 2 weeks to get the item.

I ordered a door handle spring, I did not receive the spring and had no further e-mails from doorhandleparts.
I then looked at all the reviews on trustpilot and I realised I'd been a fool to use this company (is there really a company???).

Thank goodness for PayPal.
I raised the issue in their online resolution centre and within literally 30 seconds of pressing the 'submit' button, doorhandleparts had refunded me my money.
