Didn’t ship parts for over a month. Didn’t respond to emails. Wasted my time and only responded once threatened with chargeback fees. Avoid this company.

Thieves. Contact number doesn't work. Item paid for but never delivered.. Do not answer emails contacted card company it's a known scam company. DO NOT USe

Have been waiting for a refund for over 15 days after phoning every day and emailing Lee half a dozen times without reply. I managed to get my bank to reimburse but that’s not the point. I sent him email today stating I was informing trading standards and my bank. It was after one hour of writing him the email, he replied wanting to know my bank acc number and sort code, in order to repay. My guess is if he doesn’t reply / refund people, he is hoping we would go away and pocket the money!! The cost of the item plus postage was just under £8. If he deals with 100 people, he could pocket £800. If he is legit, he has no stock to send and relies on a third parties to provide parts. Trading Standards have taken details as have Action Fraud. Those who have lost money should contact both, so a case can be built on the owner and company.

Paid for ordered goods in advance & the goods never appeared. Contacted the company by email on 3 occasion’s and no reply.
Taking funds in advance & not supplying the good or a refund is called “Advanced Fee Fraud” it’s illegal. Please everyone affected go to the ACTION FRAUD website & report. It comes under the title of Advanced Fee. The more people that report we can stop this company in its tracks. Also contact your card company for a refund, even if it’s just £5.

Another victim here - simple order for 1 x door handle spindle and no response to any form of contact for £3.99 worth of goods and shipping!

Scam, wish I'd read reviews , but as the total purchase price was £4 I didn't bother. What does bother me is that this "company " has my personal details.
But I have an address in Suffolk and I'm down there on business soon so will drop in for a chat.

No products delivered. Full refund given.
Same as every other review on here. Wish I had checked Trustpilot first. Phone number is only ever an answer machine, noone ever calls back. Emailed several time, only one guy replied. Lee. Says he is following up but dont receive an update. Keep chasing via email and phone and no response. When ask for a full refund did receive one straight away. this is either a one man band that struggles with volume or they rely on people not chasing for a refund.

Not sure it's a scam site but I placed an order on a Friday, quoted delivery time 2-3 days so was expecting it the following Tuesday/Wednesday.

Payment was taken at time of order, 6 days later I emailed & got no reply. On day 7 I emailed again & rang twice, left voicemails both times as phone unanswered.

Due to the content of my voicemails & emails I received a reply apologising for the delay & assuring me that my order would arrive in 3-4 days time.

It didn't & when I emailed again advising that I would be contacting my card provider & trading standards I rcvd a reply saying that full refund had been made. I've lost 10 days not being able to complete jobs because of this useless outfit but hopefully no financial loss.

I ordered a bathroom lock from them. They took my money straight away. One week later no delivery, no response to numerous emails or phone calls. Looks like I’m another one of their victims. Going to report them so other people don’t have the stress of dealing with them.

Should have checked the reviews beforehand.

No reply to email - website states there is a 'technical issue with phone system.'

This experience has been the same for others, over several months. Would not suggest that anyone orders from this site.

Purchase made and acknowledged on April 19th, quoting 2-3 day delivery. 4 weeks and 4 emails later (the phone line is not working), no springs and no reply. Do not buy from this company.

Bought springs on the 27th of April no reply from e-mail this is a scam I'll be looking into my legal rights UPDATE. Got an email form Lee to say that the springs were on the way got the springs on Friday they worked perfect. So I've updated this review to three stars because there still two things missing from the order.

As all the other reviews ...purchased door springs on 25 March had several emails to say they had been shipped never received...sent several emails which were replied to by Lee who said they would arrive in a couple of days . They never ! It wasn't until I sent my last email advising I was seeking legal advice that I had a refund as I was told they had supply issues .That's was the 24th of April ! Would never use this company again .

The company has taken my money but supplied nothing. E-mails and phone calls have been ignored. Will be taking action to recover my costs.

Order door handle springs. Have way 20days and nothing has arrived. Made contact via email and no response, rang the number and it won't connect. I am now going to report to police as a fraudulent business.
Update..... I emailed threatening fraud action and the fact Lee and his family are easily found on Facebook. Within 5 minutes emailed apologies and full refund.

Another victim here, usual story as per others, looks like a total ripoff, no response to any attempt at contact, will now report them as a fraudulent organisation and hopefully some action will be taken against this shower.

Update: Within an hour of posting this review, an email arrived from Lee Stephenson with apologies and a full refund confirmed in a separate email by Worldpay. I have therefore upgraded the rating from one to two stars to reflect this but the overall experience remains unsatisfactory.

Terrible company, needs to be closed down.

They are a scam! took payment off the card, didn't deliver and then claimed they delivered via dpd, which is a complete lie!

I was horrified to read the other Trustpilot reviews. Like all of the other reports, I placed two orders 16/2/19 & 20/2/19. Despite several emails to Lee and their admin department chasing the two outstanding orders, I have still not received the parts. Like everyone else I now intend to report this company to the Police Fraud dept, Trading Standards, WorldPay and the Google online fraud dept. I would suggest no one EVER deals with this scam company.

I ordered 4 Mortice latches on the 13th March and decided to check delivery on the 20th, but found the phone line wasn't working.
By accident, I read the reviews on Trustpilot and became very worried so immediately emailed to chase at 10:55am and received a reply From Lee Stephenson at 13:35pm advising that the parcel was being posted First Class that day.
At 10:30am today, the very well packed parcel arrived, and the items are exactly what I ordered.
