Quick, accurate service for something not widely available

The delivery was a lot longer than expected ,
10 days from placing the order.I did email the
company and the company stated that the delay was owing to their suppliers not having the items in stock.

Detailed description on the website, high quality parts and fastv delivery.

First things first, this site wouldn't allow me to enter zero stars.
WARNING avoid blaghandleparts is the best advice, Lee Stephenson you and your emails are brazenly nothing more than spoof.

Ordered springs at the end of December.
Emailed after two weeks, four weeks and so on, and each time received an assurance that they would arrive soon - they did not.

Have since tried to phone the given number - 0333 050 2814 - and initially got no answer, but today the number doesn't connect at all: You have dialled an incorrect number. I checked on the website "Saynoto0870", which is usually good for the actual business number, but they have no alternative listed.

I wonder if they (or at least Lee Stephenson) has run off with my money.

Ordered and surprise surprise no delivery. I'm hoping for a refund....

Excellent communication and swift delivery. Exactly what I required.

1. Slight delay in receiving order, so became concerned.
2. Emailed company enquiring about delay.
3. Read some (very negative) feedback reviews, concerns increased.
4. Contacted Paypal for advice and help.
5. Received auto email cancelling order (that was already paid for).
6. Received email from company, is still order still required? (confused as order was cancelled...)
7. Entered communication with company, (clarity obtained of cancelation process), concerns reduced.
8. Order received, problem solved.
9. Happy customer.
10. Business bookmarked for future use.

-Date for this action as recent as September 2019
- In having trouble ordering on their website from Australia, I was directed to their website being set up "Door Handle Spindles".
- Clarified details of springs required, paid, and received order confirmation.
- told order was on its way with the ability to track my order, however the website gave no information for tracking.
-Following words pasted from his email "It should be with you very soon unfortunately it was sent just Royal Mail airmail so no tracking available.
If it hasn’t arrived in the next few days let me know and I’ll arrange to be resent with tracking."
- His email address now no longer exists and website is down for maintenance.
-Feb16th 2020 and obviously springs have not arrived.
- Bank Statement for credit card actually lists the transaction as "Computer Software"
- Have asked my Bank to investigate. Probably too petty to result in anything.

Ordered months ago, no goods received, no refund and no reply to emails. I would recommend others to report them to Action Fraud as the volume of reviews saying the same thing indicates they are deliberately doing this.

Ordered door handle springs delivery 2-3 days. Was away for a week,
home now & no delivery. Checking out the company now, and was horrified by the reviews on Trust-pilot.Should have checked before ordering!!.
Since posting this review, i have looked at other review sites and am amazed these terrible reviews date back to 2014. How on earth has this continued for so long?.
21/02/2020 Refunded my payment. Lee Stephenson is clearly having some sort of problem and needs to communicate with customers.

Further to my post on 29th Dec PayPal took up my complaint and contacted
Seller's name: Lee Stephensonn
Seller's email:.....for doorhandlespindles
He did not reply in the time they allow so today PayPal have given me a full refund. Try doing this your self. You have to phone PayPal and give them the ref number on their payment confirmation. They then email you with progress information.
Suspiciously as soon as PayPal sent him an email his system sent me one cancelling my order.
Note that the PayPal resolution system is a bit disconserting because it always showed that I had no cases open however don't worry this is OK because the case tracking only works for purchases paid dirrectly on PayPal.

This is company is a scam. Never received the item I ordered and was not able to contact anybody at the company to resolve my issue.

DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY.
I very much doubt if this is a legitimate company. I suspect that it is a scam which is how previous customers have described it.
Repeat: DO. NOT. TRADE. WITH THIS. COMPANY.

A month now since I ordered items from Doorhandle parts and no sign of them. First email had a prompt response, then nothing. Won't deal with them again.

Avoid at all cost. If they don't deliver them chase them down via your payment agency credit card/PayPal and they refund your money pretty quickly. If you don't they will continue to do this, don't let them get away with it!

Placed an order over two weeks ago, no reply via voice mail or email phone goes to voice mail every time. don't waste your time

Concur with the majority of reviews on here, bunch of thieves, no delivery of parts, no reply to e-mails, thank god I only spent £6

Terrible experience. Goods not received. No refund given. Several attempts to correspond but only got a reply to emails once I threatened to report as a fraud and write reviews.

Oh boy......I'm another victim of the scam. Give them a big miss
