As with most of the others here this company has taken my money and never shipped anything. No replies to emails and never answers the phone. Do not order anything from this website!

Ordered a spring for a faulty nightlatch. After 3 weeks, no sign of it. No response to emails or phone calls.

I have amended my review after i received my part. The phone line is constantly dead. I have emailed them and few days after I have received my part. Coincidence? I dont know, but Ill give the benefit of doubt , difficult times for us all.

They do not respond to phone calls nor email!!!!!

To everyone who, like me, have been defrauded by this company...
I intend to report them to Trading Standards and I would encourage you all to do the same. This is the only way we can stop them continuing to commit fraud.
UPDATE - I decided to send one final email advising that I would be contacting Trading Standards if I didn't receive a refund. I received a response within minutes apologising and confirming that a refund would be made AND IT WAS!
This is obviously the way to go for anyone else having problems. Good luck!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I ordered and paid for some spares from this company, they did not arrive. Phoned them but only got answer machines, left a message for them to call me but have had no response. E-mailed them with the same result. Is there no way these crooks can be brought to book to stop them stealing money from more people?

Well, my order dates from 28th of July. Until now i didn't receive the item. Until September i maintained contact by email, but now nothing.
No response, no refund, no items...

Just joining the host of reviewers who have paid this site, but received nothing but grief, wasting time trying to phone and email.

Ordered and paid for a part 3 weeks ago. Haven’t received it and they haven’t responded to email.

I paid this company after they sent me an invoice and bank details on how to pay for the spring I needed. Since then I have had no reply and now reading other people’s experiences I realise I have been conned with no expectation of receiving the item.

Needed a certain brand of catches to match an existing profile. Spot on. Would order again from this company.

Don't touch with a barge pole

Ordered a spring for less than £4 including delivery. No sign of it so I rang and left a message. This went through to someone completely uncontected but she was kind enough to call back and say she had no connection with this company. I tried to ring again, no reply the phone was not answered and just went dead. I tried emails and leaving messages through the website. Nothing back.

Luckily I had paid through Amazon pay so after the 15 days required by Amazon I sent a message saying I would have to ask Amazon for a refund. Received an immediate email offering to process a refund or wait for new stock due in a few days. Having seen the reviews here I opted for a refund.

Perhaps the delay was caused by goods being out of stock but given the failures to reply to all my request for information until I said I would involve Amazon and all the negative reviews i would say don't touch with a barge pole.

Dreadful. No order received. No reply to emails. Either a scam or owner has run off to Marbella.

Do not use
No order received, no answer to numerous emails and no phone contact.
Have asked credit card company for refund.

This company is a con,do not give any money you not get goods or money you have being warned.

Very efficient service and helpful regarding advice on type of Circlip pliers

Good quality parts but unfortunately took two weeks to arrive to my home address.

The size of the door lock, ie the edistance from the door edge to the place where the spindle goes through was not fully explained. It is better on other web sites

Nevertheless the company has a very comprehensive stock.
