As stated by others, this is a scam. I paid through their ordering process, then no delivery, one response to an email, now bouncebacks from all email addresses and contact routes. Do not use them!

If I could give 0 stars I would definitely a scam spent £30 on door springs 3 months ago, haven’t arrived and no reply when I’ve emailed multiple times how people get away with this I don’t know

Can’t see how someone wrote a 5 Star for this company. Been 6 weeks and no parts arrived and zero replies. Please shut this pretend company down.
Placed an order with doorhandleparts on…
Placed an order with doorhandleparts on 17/02/22 for spindles, received an order confirmation but never received any delivery of the items, tried calling but phone line cut off, tried emailing several times but no response.
Would not recommend using this company
Might not be a scam site but I shall take some convincing.
I was pleased that they could supply just the springs I required so I ordered and paid for them. And waited, and waited, after a couple of weeks I sent an email, then another, no reply. Tried their phone number, doesn't exist! Wish I had seen this review site first. Obtained the springs from Next Day Locks, no problem.
Appears to be a scam
On 27 March we ordered a door lock spindle total cost £4.49. Received a receipt by return. 4th April no spindle received. Tried phoning but the number on website does not work. Checking the address given, it appears to be a block of service flats. Emailed on web link but not response. It appears to be a scam.
Bogus company doorhandleparts
My order failed to arrive after 3 weeks. I tried multiple emails/ web enquiry form but can get no response. The telephone number on the website does not work.
I WISH I HAD CHECKED REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY BEFORD I USED THEM
Positive Experience
When 5 days passed and my order wasn't despatched I tried unsuccessfully to make contact by telephone. I then read the negative reviews on here which concerned me. However, my online email was replied to immediately, and I received my items the very next day. I must therefore award 5 stars. I would, however, recommend to the company that they establish a better communication system so that clients are informed, and can make contact by telephone.
Took payment but didn't deliver item!!
Placed an order on 31 January and money was taken straight away. I have had no communication to say there was going to be a delay with delivery. I emailed on the 26 February and received no response and the phone number on the website doesn't work. Avoid this business!
Not a scam but I thought so
Ok I' m changing my review. I did received the parts today. Bad customer service but not a scam
ORDER NEVER DELIVERED
Ordered springs for mortice locks to value 20 Pounds over 8 weeks ago. No delivery. Sent Email threatening to report to Trading Standards. Replied saying supply problems but could send part of order immediately and remainder in 4 weeks. NO parts arrived 6 weeks later.
MY ADVICE DO NOT USE THIS SITE
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
Like everyone else, placed an order and no goods have arrived. Emailed numerous times with no response. Messaged through the web page, no response. Cannot call as the number is not recognised.
Beware
Do not use they just take your money and don't reply to emails. Site says they are having phone issues so to email just another scam!!
Bad experience, would not use again
Very, very mixed feelings about this company. They took my order and my money and then I heard nothing. Their phone lines didn't work. The mobile number I had for them was constantly switched off and only went to voicemail and I was getting no replies to emails.
There is no record of a company named doorhandleparts at Companies House and no-one named "Lee Stephenson" listed at Companies House, for the registered address of this company. The company has no physical premises that I could ascertain, despite having multiple addresses listed on various "business directory" websites in West Sussex, all the addresses were for residential properties and even some HMOs.
Communication was very, very spartan indeed. I was of the belief I had been scammed and would have taken matters further if my money had not been returned.
It's very difficult to say with any degree of certitude whether this is just a one man band who occasional does a bit of business on the side, via the website, and isn't very good at it, or whether this is a complete scam.
Based on my own experience I couldn't recommend them and I will not be using this company again.
I eventually used a company called nexdaylocks who were amazing and delivered the very next day.
It is a legal requirement for companies to show their company number & name on their website but doorhandleparts does not. The address on their website is for a management company who specialise in providing Company Secretarial Services i.e. a mailing address for a registered company (you can check this via Companies House).
If you've been left high and dry the best course of action is to contact your provider and begin disputed transaction / retrieval proceedings. Your provider may be able to provide additional details or a phone number for you to attempt contact. You can request this information from your payment provider.

Really wish I'd checked here before…
Really wish I'd checked here before ordering. Same story as everyone else - part ordered, money taken, no further emails or updates and tracking just shows the order as "unfulfilled". Really cross. Website needs to be shut down NOW.
Terrible
Clearly this company has not been contacted by trading standards as they are still trading and taking people's money.
I ordered a part in November and still waiting!
Very Bad Company
Very Bad Company - do not use.
Only get replies up to the point of order - then nothing.
Will be reporting to Trading Standards as this company should be closed down.
do not deal with this company
do not deal with this company - Dorset police are aware - if you have lost money , not got goods , make complaint to them , they looking into this man and his carry on with this - more complaints the better , to hope hopefully get stopped ....
Two sides to most things, just like a door handle.
There has been a lot of bad feedback on Doorhandleparts.com, but I must put my point of view. Granted, the telephone number does not work and emails are not replied to promptly, but when I did contact Mr Stephenson he was quite upfront about having to wait for supplies and offered a further wait or a full refund. As I had cannibalised other redundant doors for parts I opted for a refund which he promptly auctioned.
If only I had read these reviews before…
If only I had read these reviews before I ordered. Same old problems. Take money, order waiting fulfilment, no response to emails or phone calls. Trading standards looks like the next step.
2 days later:
After a letter threatening to call in Trading Standards, I received a very quick reply explaining that the available parts would be posted the next day.
Avoid like the plague!
Like everyone else I ordered, received nothing, emails ignored, phones lines “faulty” and having read these reviews knew I’d been ripped off.
Advised them I was escalating via American Express and reporting to Trading Standards, which I did. Funnily enough I then received a stream of emails from Lee Stephenson apologising and offering to refund. Avoid like the plague!
Do Not order
Do Not order, like other reviews, they have took the money but not delivered the items. Emailed them, telephone constantly engaged. Will be reporting them to Trading Standards.
