I'm really disappointed with the…
I'm really disappointed with the customer service (or absolute lack of it!) from door handle store. We ordered nearly £150 worth of door handles from them, and nearly every single one has arrived damaged. Scratches, bits of missing brass, areas that aren't even covered in the brass, and chips. I've tried contacting them both through DHS and Hiatt hardware and had absolutely no response at all. Really disappointing, do not recommend this company at all.

The order wa delivered in very quick time. The door latches work fine and so do the handles which I am working my round the house to fit.
The handles are smoothe to operate for my wife who has arthritic hands.

Terrible bathroom lock but other handles very good
The call was helpful to help me chose the handles I wanted. However, when they arrived, the bathroom handle which had the lock on was poorly manufactured and the builder had to replace the inside section completely. As a result I had to effectively pay twice for this and the builder said it was a common problem with bathroom door locks which are shoddily done. The other handles, which didn't have the lock mechanism were fine.

Victorian Sprung Mortice Door Knob - Antique Brass - Pair - Designer Levers
The door knobs are beautiful. Delivery and packaging were all good too.
Problem is the provided screws - they are very poor quality with the heads easily getting damaged. You'll be lucky if you can screw all three in without damaging them - even with a decent sized pilot hole pre-drilled.
In the end I had to use the screws from the previous door knobs (wrong colour but much better quality).
You can tell that whoever designed this product never actually tried fitting it to a real door.
Edit: Door Handle Store contacted me with an offer to send out replacement screws (not useful as the installation is already done). They also say they are going to contact the manufacturer about the issue.
As the title suggests this is a review of the product and not of Door Handle Store. Sticking with the 2 star score because the poor quality of the fixings wasted a lot of time during installation.
Edit 2: Updated to 3 stars in part to reflect the excellent service from Door Handle Store. They sent out replacement screws by first class post. These might be useful if I ever take the door-knobs for decorating in the future.

Very satisfied customer
I bought 12 sets of door handles to replace those in my house. I needed advice from DHS to assure myself of size, fit, finish and the lady I interacted with over a series of calls/emails was very helpful. I am very happy with the product - looks good, good price and quality. Next day delivery by DHL was a bonus. Very satisfied customer.
