Loving our new engineered wooden flooring from Hamiltons. They removed and disposed of the old laminate. Was looking to get the lounge changed from old carpet to modern wooden flooring and have used Hamiltons in the past so gave them the option to quote. James managed to juggle his diary and visited us same day to quote for the job. Impressive. Price was slightly more than a more local company but in life you pay for what you get.
Fitters are 2 highly experienced guys who really got cracking. Very friendly too and completed the large lounge in a day and a half. We are so pleased with the results, so much so that I look forward at the end of each day when I can relax in my new modern looking and easy to clean lounge.

We moved into our new home and wanted to make an impact in it. We went to Hamilton’s and they were incredibly knowledgeable about what would suit our home, and took us through a variety of options. We chose French oak. It was laid throughout the house and it is beautiful. Very good end to end experience. The floor was laid really well, and we are loving it.

We wanted engineered wood flooring for most of the entire ground floor but we wanted to SEE decent-sized samples. We could find only small samples where we live in the Midlands. Hamiltons told me their sample boards were 1m x 0.5m and they had loads from several suppliers. So, yes, we drove 3 hrs and made a day trip of it! And we have no regrets and nothing but high praise for this company.
Hamiltons know their wood and they are passionate about their products. We spent a couple of hours with Jordan comparing many types of engineered flooring and he answered all our questions. We met Jaeger the owner and he offered further suggestions..
We left with a competitive quote and a few days later purchased 60m2 of a Kahrs floor. Hamiltons held onto the flooring until we could get a fitter and then delivered on time. The floor is STUNNING and we would highly recommend Hamiltons in every category - quality and knowledge of products, competitive pricing and customer service. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Amazing flooring. Went with the Khars Oak Cemento, looks absolutely brilliant. Jordan was excellent, delivery stress free and all from a local company. Would highly recommend.

I really struggled to source an engineered wooden floor locally because of the current situation regarding logistics,deliverys etc. I couldn't find one I liked which was good quality yet affordable. I came accross Hamiltons on Google Search and spoke to Jordan. The floor I wanted was out of stock and Jordan suggested a brand 'Parador' which I had not come across before. I told him what look I was after and he suggested a floor. Jordan checked it was stock item and advised what other things I would require. About 5 days later the floor was with me despite me living on the other side of the country! I am DELIGHTED with my floor. The joiner said it was really good quality and it looks beautiful. Excellent service from beginning to end. Easy to order with good customer service via email throughout the process. We were even able to return 2 x packs of flooring which were not used, for a refund. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The flooring looks amazing.

The fitters Danny & Callum are a fine pair of fitters that went out of their way to make life easy whilst applying their professional skills. Their workmanship is of the finest standard together with the quality materials used. It was a pleasure having them in our home with their friendly, polite and professional "can do" attitude and all work carried out to a very high standard. They are a credit to Hamiltons and i could not see any customer disappointed. We are extremely happy with all the floors and new skirting boards chosen from the vast choice that Hamiltons offer. Excellent Service
From start to finish. A few little issues when fitting which were sorted out straight away without any fuss. The fitters were friendly and there was an obvious highly skilled fitter overseeing the works of another. Jaeger was very helpful from first visit to the shop and ensured the service we had was first class from initial consultation to after fitting care and support. You get the feeling Jaeger wants your home to look as good as it would if he lived there. Just what you want. Thank you.

We are very happy with the complete service we received from Hamiltons it was very helpful that they took up and disposed of the carpets. The staff in the shop are friendly and knowledgeable. The floor fitters were friendly and very helpful. Overall we found Hamiltons provided a professional service which we would use again and will recommend them to other people.

We bought our Kahrs flooring from Hamilton when our flooring company let us down. Not only did they step in to help they also gave us some very constructive feedback when I sent a picture of the initial lay by our company which was beyond the call of service ☺️ Jordan was super helpful and saved us from a installation error by our own appointed company!
