Very good service
I had a mix up on the size of a 1930 LPD internal door by my joiner (he cut the wrong door down to size leaving me with an ordered bespoke door that was surplus to requirements and in need of a further standard door). This was all sorted out by Door Station / LPD very efficiently and at no additional cost thanks to Dan.

Fantastic Company

The doors seem to be good quality and well made. They have not been fitted yet as we are waiting for our carpenter to do that.

Best value I could find online and very good customer service
Great website and price (was best price I could find from a number of companies). Friendly and available customer service too (I called a day or 2 after a large order and made an amendment - which was VERY EASY - maybe the easiest I've ever had with any company - the process was very smooth and the additional door came with the larger order no issues). Delivery came swiftly and on the date and time I was told it would. Would buy from them again.

Had to chase them
Had to chase them. No replies to a email. Then said the door was going to be delivered. Said tge team would get in contact. Then drive came to the door . Luck we were in . But door was fantastic. Good quality. 👍

Bespoke under stairs Door
I ordered our bespoke door in early September 2023 and it arrived on the 3/01/2924. I initially thought it was made in this country but no.It was delayed as we were expecting it to arrive end of November.The quality is good and it was even coated which I wasn't expecting which saved a bit of time after I hung it in place.
The price I thought was rather expensive for such a small door £294.
Overall we're pleased with the finished result and the communication as my inquiries were answered quite promptly.

Did not realise when ordering doors that they would be coming from China.I expected to wait a little bit longer as the doors were a different size but not five long months.

Thanks for taking the time to submit your 1-star review.
This issue here unfortunately is that your order was for a custom sized door. Regardless of where the materials are sourced (Indonesia not China), these take much longer than standard sized doors which tend to be ready to ship from warehouses here in the UK.
We clearly state on the website both at the time of ordering, as well as prior to sign off with the manufacturer, the expected length of time that it should take for your custom sized doors to be made and delivered to you.
In your case, custom sized doors manufactured by LPD Doors are estimated to take around 18 weeks, and with 18 weeks being four and a half months we feel that delivering these to you inside of 5 months is within a reasonable time frame.
Either way we are always on hand to answer any queries you may have, or get updates for you at any point during your order.
We do however really hope enjoy the door.
