Brilliant service and great doors.
We ordered 16 doors in total. All were great quality and just as seen in the website. We also ordered door handles, but as they were out of stock for longer than expected we got in contact and got an immediate refund, no quibbles. Brilliant service and great doors.

Love our new doors
Love our new pre-finished oak Suffolk Essential with clear Etched glass doors.
Just perfect for what was looking for.
Delivered on date arranged, great communication & really well packaged.

Not super impressed
I found the door I wanted online it had beveled glass I phoned and to order and double checked it had beveled glass, when it turned up it had flat glass! Door station gave me £25 discount which I accepted as it was the week before Christmas and my customer was desperate for a door. The door was not particularly well made the mdf panel was not glued on strait and the joinery on the glazing bars were very messy.

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, XL Joinery changed the glass from bevelled to flat but didn't tell us - we have now updated the site. I can see you were offered either a partial refund to keep you door or a free return / full credit.
With regard to the quality of the beading, I will feed this back to XL.

Great price (£320) for beautiful internal wood doors.
Good delivery service.
But, one of 3 doors was darker than the other two and they refused to replace it.

Hi Andrew, thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, as the doors were checked and signed for on delivery and then also installed, we aren't able to replace it. We can only exchange products that haven't been worked on.
Timber doors are a natural product and so we expect there to be some grain/colour variation.

Door Station top class
I ordered 6 doors on 6th of November two days later Tuesday the 8th of November they were delivered to my house, The delivery man was happy to carry the doors anywhere on my property.

Nice quality doors delivered promptly
After selecting our new doors some were out of stock. However, we were given very helpful guidance and managed to find alternatives which were delivered quickly so our project wasn't delayed. They were also cheaper and a refund was processed immediately. Thank you for your very good service.

Failed to deliver twice
Doors were to be delivered Friday 28th October - had a call to say 'problems with the driver' and couldn't deliver. Rescheduled to Monday 31st October. Waited in again, then received a call to day 'the truck had issues' and 'can't get to you today'. Finally arrived Tuesday 1st November. I would have scored 1 star only however the driver was friendly and he brought both doors into the house and stacked them against the kitchen wall, for which I was grateful.
