Also ordered six pair of Vionic sandals. SIX PAIR! Ordered a Size 8. They may be a size 6. More like a 5 or 5.5. They are certainly knock offs. If they fit, I would be happy to keep them regardless. Have repeatedly tried to reach them for a solution. No answer. IF YOU WEAR A TINY SHOE contact me. I will be happy to give them to you. Obviously I won't be hearing from them. bbahrmail hotmail

This company is FRAUDULENT

This company is FRAUDULENT! Poor quality product, months to deliver, bad sizing, and NO customer service. They say they'll refund your money but they won't. I cancelled my order within HOURS of placing the order, emailed, called, everything. They shipped the order anyway, and now I can't return the items and I'm out the money! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Made in China, must return items to Hong Kong. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought what I thought was Vionic…

I bought what I thought was Vionic sandals. The pics showed the logo on the shoes. After over a month, I contacted the company and realized that these shoes were coming straight from China. Eventually I did receive them and they WERE NOT authentic Vionic. No logo, different soles, and the fit was off. Again I contacted the company and they said they were “good quality”. When pressed they said that the shoes were authentic Vionic. They definitely were not. After opening a dispute with PayPal, the China company said I could return the shoes at my expense. Of course this isn’t feasible so I was stuck with fake Vionic shoes. PayPal didn’t do anything about the shoes being replicas. DO NOT buy from this company!!
Also, everything on their site is cheap crap from China. These things can all be bought on AliExpress for a fraction of the price

I wish I could do no stars

I wish I could do no stars. I thought I was purchasing Vionic sandals. I thought they were overstocks instead they were very poor knockoffs. This site is a ripoff. It took me two months to receive them and the disappointment was depressing. Never buying anything again from any site like this.

Company is a scam

I too was the victim of this company. I ordered two pairs, when I receive them they did not fit my foot properly. It said before you send them back that you have to notify the company, so that is what I did. 5 emails to support and not one of my emails were answered! Please be aware that this company is a fraud! I should have read this site before I ordered them. Stay away from Social media shopping!

Fraudulent Vionic sales

First of all , their “guaranteed turnaround time” the promise is 1 day. My order did arrive -2 months later! I’ve worn exclusively Vionic sandals for 2 years due to foot issues. What arrived in the mail was NOT a Vionic product, but a cheap knock off that didn’t meet any of Vionic’s standards. I’ve tried to communicate with company to resolve this issue to no avail. I’m so sorry I was so trustful of an obviously fraudulent company. Buyer beware! Mine are going to the garbage.

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company! They send you fake goods. There is NO next day delivery as promised...that is a lie on their website!
Agree with the comments below, once your money is taken, you will have to wait many months before eventually your FAKE goods arrive (if you're lucky!). In the meantime, it is impossible to get into contact with the company because they are fraudulent.
ALWAYS READ ONLINE REVIEWS FIRST! If an offer looks too good to be true, it probably is a scam!
To make matters worse, PAYPAL offer NO SUPPORT in the matter and continue to let this fake company scam people.

Dotted One is also The Ninja Beauty

BEWARE!! The Dotted One is also The Ninja Beauty! They deserve 0 stars and PayPal needs to not do business with either of them. They sell fake "Vionic" shoes and add on to your cart. I had 3 pairs of "Vionics" in my cart on Instagram. Did some research and found out this is a 100% scam. Clicked back, did NOT hit confirm and I was instantly charged for 4 pairs of "Vionics" and shipping! Which was supposed to be free with 3 pairs of shoes. How does just having an item in your cart translate to a purchase?? No way to contact either company. Phone calls ring once and are disconnected. Emails go unanswered. Yet, they can instantly take money out of your account for their fake crap! This is a complete scam. Do not waste your time or hard earned money on this garbage. I will NEVER even look at an ad on social media again! RIP. OFF!!!!! So far, PayPal has done nothing to help me. They are saying the charge is authorized. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and the BBB. Hoping I can get my unauthorized $75 back.

DO NOT BUY! 0 STARS!

I want to give them 0 stars! DO NOT BUY! The Vionic slipper "deal" was a pop up ad on my phone. I jumped at it thinking I was getting a great deal. WRONG! Slippers took 6 weeks to come. When it finally came, it was too small and there were no VIONIC labels on it. I donʻt believe these slippers are genuine and donʻt want to wear them and further aggravate my foot condition.

I emailed and no response. I emailed again. No response. I called the customer service number and a rep answered. It was the RUDEST customer service call I have ever experienced! I explained the situation and he got very defensive and said that since I received the slippers in good condition, I could not get any refund. His rude and condescending attitude was 100% unacceptable.

I am not one to write bad reviews but this experience was horrible. Iʻm writing in hopes to save others from the same experience.

DotteDone steals your money

I ordered two pairs of what I thought were Vionic flip flops and it cost me about $40. I never received my order. They are scum. I called them and they said they would send an update and never did. I noticed their company website has been taken down.

If it’s too good to be true, it isn’t!

Wish I would’ve saw these reviews before I ordered my flip-flops. I only ordered two pair but I’m still out 40 bucks! Vionics for $20? I should’ve known better. Do not order from them. I still have not received my shoes!

Also fell victim to this scam site

Also fell victim to this scam site. Cheap knock offs received 2 months after they were ordered in a size that might fit a child. NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS AND WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. In the process of filing a complaint and requesting payment back from my Amex via PayPal. NO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE OR THE OTHER ALIAS SITES THEY RUN!

Dottedone and Speley.com are SCAMS

Dottedone and Speley.com are SCAMS! DESERVE NO STARS!! They advertise Vionic sandals at a special price and 'if' you receive the item, you will find they are cheap imitations. They are NOT Vionic sandals. Customer support then ignores your request for refund. Save yourself the trouble & lost $ and DO NOT BUY from this scammer!! fyi-paypal seller shows as The Ninja Beauty with a Chinese name.

**UPDATE - Save yourself heartache and lost $ and DO NOT BUY FROM Dottedone - or Speley or any other 'so called' company that Facebook advertises with this Vionic Shoe scandal (these people keep advertising alternate websites with the same JUNK for sale. PAYPAL decided in FAVOR of Dottedone for my dispute as did my credit card company. PAYPAL will NOT protect the buyer. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I Also ordered the Vionics 5 pairs. sent email as soon as I received them on July 11 and 4 more emails since then. Wanted to send them back that same day.
I haven't heard a word from them. I'm out 100.00 dollars,
These sandals are no better than a dollar pair of plastic sandals bought at a dollar store.
