I also fell victim to this scam. This is the first and last time I purchase anything advertised on Facebook. I only did so because I love the Vionic product. I knew it was too good to be true. I was charged for 2 pairs and I ordered one. I ordered on 6/30/20 and I see on the "shop" app that the product is at the airport in China. I have filed a complaint with PayPal also.

Began an order but when I saw the fee for shipping, I exited the transaction. They charged me anyway and would not give a full refund. Paypal seems in cohoots with this rip-off company.

Had to dispute the charges with Santander. Fell for the Vionic sandal scam.

This is not a company that you want to order from. No product but took the money. I am disputing this with my credit card company. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered the vionic shoes. This was too good to be true. Don't order from this so called company.

They deserve ZERO stars! I ordered two pair of sandals which I thought I was ordering from the Vionic company. Luckily I immediately took a screen shot & printed out my order confirmation that stated 1 pair pink, 1 pair light blue. Paid with PayPal. On my PayPal email receipt they charged me for 2 pink!!! I called and also sent the screenshot by email. They refunded one pair. But now it has been 3 weeks and no order arrived. A tracking number was sent but everything is typed in Chinese characters! Can’t read it! I sent several emails. I give them one more week and I’m filing with PayPal to get my money refunded. Scammers from COMMUNIST CHINA!

I would have given zero stars if I could.
I ordered two things from this company, when I received my invoice they had added a third item without my permission. I have contacted the company several times requesting a refund for the item I did not order. Since I have not received the items that I did order, I have requested a full refund. I have not received my items or refund. This is a totally bogus company with terrible customer service.

The same thing other people have said about this company, I wish I would of read these reviews before ordering from this company. I have sent 3 e-mails looking for my sandals with no response. How is this company still in business. Going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Total SCAM. I ordered sandals on 6/19/20 and when the invoice was emailed to me it had increased the quantity to two pairs of the same thing (which was not correct). I immediately called the number on my email invoice and also sent an email to customer. I have heard back from no one, no sandals, no correction, no nothing. I was billed to my credit card thru paypal. I guess they have paypal...I only put in my credit card number on the web order. Anyway....their website and email receipt says items are mailed out in one day. It is now almost 3 weeks later and nada. I believe this company is a fraud. I have disputed my credit card charge.

If I could give an F for FRAUD. I ordered sandals and inquired of where are my shoes through email and phone. Both do not work. I'm out my money and this fraud business hurts people. Lesson learned. Do not shop Dottedone.com for they are a scam.

Ordered shoes that were guaranteed next day shipping with confirmation. I did not receive confirmation, so emailed the company several times and no response. Opened a claim through PayPal. This so called business needs stopped!
