Can’t fault the service from DBT… ordered 2 WDW starbucks cups (seperate orders). Both orders looked after by Josh, really good communication from start to finish, the 2nd order he rushed through for me as needed for a gift. Both cups arrived well packaged and they are AMAZING!!! thankyou ( especially Josh)

Shocking customer service. Item arrived damaged and dented in, it also had numerous scratches all over the front of it. I ordered this collectable item at a cost of £100 and it had zero bubble wrap around it to protect it. I sent them pictures of the damage, but they were not interested and said that I needed to read the terms and conditions as they couldn't guarantee mint condition and had to be severely damaged to be able to swap out. Good condition would have been nice!

Josh and the team lived up to recent reviews. I was patient with their Quick Pick item system and it paid off, my Loungefly arrived in great shape with a great placement as a bonus. Josh was communicative a week on from ordering and kept me informed of delivery which was reassuring. A day later it arrived.
