Wanted a Loungefly bag that I thought was only available from a specific shop in the US that wouldn't deliver to the UK and was so happy to find it on Double Boxed Toys. I ordered it and assumed it would take at least a month to get here, but came within a couple of weeks, and Josh from DBT hurried my shipment after it arrived in the country to get it to me within another couple of days. Really great service, very communicative, and fantastic choices of products! Would highly recommend!

Items can be expensive compared to what you would spend in store, but the delivery is fast, reliable and nothing has ever arrived damaged. It's a great site for park exclusive items that can't be purchased here in Europe.

Disgusting customer service from this company, not responding to emails, making condescending remarks and treating me like an idiot.

I asked when my order will be delivered, I get mansplained what a working day is. I ask what is my estimated delivery date, I get told “21 working days is 3 weeks”.

I can NOT believe how I’ve been treated after spending a significant amount of money. Can’t say I’ll ever shop here again.
