Very good communication
I went through Douglas and Gordon to view a flat and I then went on to rent it. The communication was always easy and no matter if I spoke to the original agent that I conversed with (Max) or someone else, everyone was approachable and easy to speak to.
I also appreciated the honest communication in relation to the flat before I had even arranged a viewing.
From my experience I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Just moved into a new flat in Fulham and found it through Mark Paris. He was honestly such a great agent—helped us find the perfect place in the areas we wanted, organised all the viewings, and made the whole process super easy and stress-free. Honest review from someone who has rented and used multiple agency’s
I have rented multiple properties in London and being honest estate agents were my worst nightmare until I came across Douglas & Gordon and in particular Mark Paris. Marks attention to detail and knowledge on the property shown was amazing! I was sold! I am someone who pays particular attention to small details so was absolutely blown away when Mark knew the answer to every question, was viewing the flat as if he was viewing it for himself telling me pros and cons which made the whole viewing process less stressful. Mark checked small details such as how we would hang a painting to the pressure in the shower ensuring we would enjoy the flat just as much as he would. Again I could go on but the experience was so positive! Everything was efficient from viewing to signing final documents. Mark was very on it with replying and getting back in touch with us when needed which is something again which made the whole process easier. I would highly recommend anyone to go with D&G but in particular to deal with Mark Paris.
