The company were so helpful in the ordering process of our rug, even when the expected delivery date came and went with no goods, Downtown did their best to help me out. The delivery company used for larger items would be great if they could say if a delivery is held up/delayed and a rough time-am or pm could be given.

I am very sorry that one of the glass shades arrived damaged.
Our standard returns policy applies to items that are no longer required; however, where goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are always happy to arrange a suitable resolution as soon as we are made aware of the issue.
In your case, we have arranged for the supplier to send a replacement shade directly to you, which should arrive within approximately 7 days. If you have not received this by the end of next week, please do let us know and we will be happy to chase this up for you.

5 star service

My previous sofa was from oldrids downtown and 11 years later I have just had my new sofa delivered today and I cannot be more thrilled with the quality .
Staff are very helpful from the in store advisor who helped me complete my order to the customer service team and the delivery team.
Although a long 12 week wait my delivery was arranged within 2 days of my sofas arriving to store and the delivery team were efficient and friendly despite having to work in the pouring rain .
Thankyou again oldrids downtown
Would definetly recommend to anyone local who are looking for a 5 star service.

Really helpful, polite and genuine customer service in store. Delivery well ahead of time predicted, 4 weeks instead of 9. Very pleased with the new arm chair. Thank you.
