Booked this company to help me move, had to change move date three times and they always accommodated and never charged for this as long as they had three days notice . On move day there was a lot of waiting round and they never made a fuss or bother at all. Very reasonably priced very friendly happy guys would definitely highly recommend them to anyone I know.

We had our moving with this company and the guys were great! Professionals and hard working. They made sure everything was carefully packed and moved and put in place. I can't recommend them enough. They did an impeccable job!

It was my first time used the Direct Professional Removals and I can say that they are the best company to use for your move to your next home or offices!

Was so impressed with Direct Professionals. From first contact to last they were incredibly patient (moving date changed 4 times and they just kept re-booking us). Our removal men Jordan and Mick were great and very careful of my mums stuff. We ended up waiting until nearly 3pm for keys and they were brilliant. Would definitely recommend from my experience.

Very happy with the service provided. Good communication from the initial contact and willing to meet my moving day criteria without any extra costs for it being a Sunday. They were on time and very professional in everything they did. Went the extra mile by offering help to move furniture around the house after off loading. Would highly recommend them.

Great service! Above all they were honest and understanding. They went the extra mile to comply with the agreement!
Viewed the house in advance and gave us a quote for the whole removal. They were on time and did not complain about anything. Dismantled what needed to fit and protected everything needing protecting. The quotes team is very nice and the guys on site as well. Much better than other services I used in the past where the first sentence we hear from them is complaints about a couple of steps on the front door.

I could not ask for a better removal company. We moved our entire house in one day. Iordanis and Dimitris were extremely professional, kind and quick. They helped us move our stuff and very kindly helped us sort them out.

I have only good words to say and will strongly recommend them.

Couldn’t find a better removal crew! Professional, understanding and worked like crazy. This is our third move and this team were much better than any other we have had. From accommodating our last minute booking to putting together our furniture at the other end all the guys were incredible. Highly recommend!

Moved yesterday from London to Bognor. The whole process from booking ( we had to change our moving date and there was no problems) to the moving day was one less stress. We had 2 vans and 4 guys who just worked so hard. And quick! They wrapped our leather sofas - and the TV’s and mirrors as I had run out!! Very professional and polite. Would highly recommend! I used this company about a month ago – I didn't get a chance to write a review until now. They arrived on time & moved everything on the time that we had to move which was great because we were in a chain and I was worried if the packers and removals will be there on time to pack and move everything. We had a lot of boxes and furniture to be moved. However, i had the following issues with this company:

- At the original quotation time, I explained to them we have a lot of things to be removed shall I send them a video or someone needs to visit in order to provide a more accurate estimate (because they charge per hour) they said no it’s not necessary. It did cost far more than it was estimated originally just based on how many bedroom we had. So, If you are using this company make sure you send them a video or get someone there to provide a more accurate cost.

- We found afterwards some of our glass and fragile decorative figurines had been broken. Also, they don’t bubble wrap expensive furniture. They use a black clingfilm product which doesn’t do the job of bubble wrap when you are moving expensive furniture. That’s why our expensive cabinets were damaged. I suggest if you are worried about damages use a company that has a good Insurance policy that would allow you to claim any damages at least 5 days after the removal. It will give you a chance to find out if anything had been damaged.

- Another problem I had with this company it’s their system of demanding payment to be done exactly when the removal company finishes its job. Moving house specially, if there is a chain, is an extremely stressful experience. The last thing anyone need is a removal company demanding payment at that day. This company doesn’t provide a set price and the cost is based on how many hours they've worked, how many boxes they've used and how many times the removal people have to go up and down the stairs and lot of other things that needs time to be revaluated. They don’t give you that time they have no respect for the stressing time that someone is going through with moving and literally demand the money to be paid exactly when the removal people finish.
Overall, the people who packed and moved our furniture and boxes worked hard but there are issues that need to be considered if you are using this company, to make sure it is the right company for you.

We were unsure about our move in date, but Nick had held a provisional date for us for the 21/22 June, for which we had to decline due to issues with moving. Then things went full steam ahead on the 23rd June and Nick had provided packers and movers on the 26/27th June. All went so smooth, the packers, the removal men, the organisation and all the hard work was really appreciated. They were absolutely fantastic, communication from Nick was great too. Amazing service, we booked fairly last minute but they accommodated us, looked after our belongings and were very efficient. Great value for money and would highly recommend to anybody moving to use Direct Professional Removals. Thank you very much!

Highly recommend & value for money. Great customer service and hardworking team. From our first communication to the completion of the job everyone has been so helpful and accommodating. We used them for 2 house moves into 1 over a week, with very short notice.

Great experience, I highly recommend the company. Not only the prices are the best, but everyone especially Petros is so helpful, providing great communication and support. I had to move out of my house during covid, whereas I was stuck out of the country. The team handled everything, packed my house, provided boxes where needed and gave me storage for my things. Great customer support and amazing experience. I could not recommend high enough!

We agreed a move date with this company, to which they agreed saying 'That's great news, 28th June really works well for us at the moment'. We then expected to pay a deposit but didn't receive any request, despite having cash ready to pay. So as we hadn't heard anything my wife called, as it was just over a week before the move date, to be told that they weren't able to do the move any more!
They literally dropped us like a stone and didn't even bother to call us to let us know.
Due to it being such a busy period and with only a week left before our move we haven't been able to find another company.
It has been horrendous and clearly they didn't care less.

My experience with Direct Professional Removals was by far excellent! Punctual, on time as advised, professional and very polite staff. My furniture was covered and protected and I did not have to lift a thing. They did everything in a professional manner and I would highly recommend this company! Thank you for making my move stress free!
