I placed an order for lemon bottle which was incorrectly delivered by the delivery company. I emailed to explain the situation and it was swiftly resolved. Carla who I believe is the customer relations manager contacted the courier company immediately and had a replacement out to me the same day and also kept me informed throughout the day. Great customer service. Would Definitely uses this company again.
