I last bought 50 Spidex sachets to kill the spider mites in July and they have worked so well I’ve only just had to buy more to take my plants through the winter. It’s only in the last week or so I’ve noticed a return of that telltale webbing on and under the leaves of the Alocasia and Colocasia plants which they love. So these predators have kept the pesky spider mites at bay for four months which has been wonderful

I have had great dealings with this company - great customer service and great products. They have responded very swiftly to any questions or concerns with detailed suggestions. And the wasps seem to be doing the job! Well we currently have NO moths - which is very exciting - so the sachets seem to be working! Have recommended them to friends with the same issue. Very happy.

I have a lot of house plants and usually get a fungus gnat infestation at least once a year. The nematodes are the only treatment I've ever found that's successful (and I've tried a lot of other methods). This was my first time ordering on the website (I'd used Amazon previously) and it was easy and delivery was quick. Very happy all round.

The moth killing wasps have worked well in getting rid of persistent clothes moths in our flat.

I ordered some blue sticky traps and a pheromone lure for thrips at the beginning of October and was so pleased that I reordered some more traps. My order was promptly despatched and well packaged. My only very minor gripe was that there were no printed instructions in the package (I don't like to be always online). The traps are working very well, (they are hanging all round my conservatory), not only have they stuck a reasonable amount of thrips but they were also effective for compost flies and fruit flies which I also seem to have a plague of at the moment.

We have ordered off this company twice now personally and my friend has done twice as well. Does exactly what they say it does and nice to have the Taurrus mites as a fix and preventative non chemical treatment. Will continue to use them, the biggest tub is plenty to treat a the 16 large vivarium we have generously.

We ordered nematode treatment from Dragonfli, which arrived well packaged and in good time. Happy to report it's been a week now and appears to have worked on our houseplants. Would recommend.

Dragonfli’s predatory mites have been a huge help in dealing with a pretty nasty thrip infestation I’ve been dealing with. Purchased 50 amblyseius mites in September which made a dent in the thrips, just ordered my second batch which I’m hoping will rid any remaining. 💪
