I used to go to Dragon Image for the prices and then bear the customer service, which was just bad due to under-staffing. This has now all changed and I received great customer service. Really satisfied, thanks!

I ordered a blackmagic ursa mini 4K from dragon image with the necessary attachments, easy to order and extremely quick to come! It arrived at my door step 3 days later!

Dragon Image know stuff about all things. If you want to know anything about anything at all, you can call them or email them. Or send a fax. Or telegram. You should get their mobile numbers so you can call them at any time of day or night. They would love to help you. Great people. Always there. For you.

I simple asked to have the product sent to a PO Box which they would not do.
They said the courier will call before he arrives!!!!!!
i was away the courier called and said "where are you" i said "not at home, where are you" courier replies " at your place with the parcel is there somewhere else i can leave it?" yet Dragon Image said I had to sign for it!!!!!!

I was sent microphone clips instead of headphones. After a phone call this was rectified. The headphones turned up and I was able to return the microphone clips without much hassle.
The postage cost seems very high.

Spoke with a rep on Monday, placed an order on Wednesday, arrived on Friday.

I am based out of the same city as the store so this may have had an impact on delivery time but still better than some stores I have purchased from.

One product seems to be a refurbished item (sticker scratched off box, tab already open) but am yet to confirm this with DragonImage.
