Good fast service

Iv'e dealt with this company twice now and their service from beginning to end is excellent!

I ordered a tripod and cables in the middle of November. I was informed within a few days that the tripod wasn't in stock (even though it said it wa son the website...) and it would arrive in two weeks. I was frustrated but dealt with it. After the two weeks passed I contacted the same email that mentioned the delay to no response, and attempted contact at least another handful of times with no response. It finally arrived a full month and 4 days after initially placing the order, with no communication beyond the initial delay. Shocking.

I have spent a lot of money with dragon images and rang to get some advice on some equipment. Rang on two occasions and spoke to someone different found both sales people rude and just tried to get me off the phone. I wasn't finished with my one of my enquiries I was looking for camera and other equipment the sales consultant was so quick to get me off the phone as you don't deal with cameras she did not even give me a chance to say I was interested in other equipment as well as a result I went else where and ended up spending $3000 on tripods, sliders and other video equipment with another company . I also rang to check stock last week before ordering some products was ensured it was all in stock went to order and 2 days later a message saying item not in stock. I hate to give bad review but the customer service is really poor

Dragonimage had the product i wanted at a very competitive price. The online oreder was very easy and the delivery time was fantastic. I looked online to track the delivery and it was already at the local depot.

I was happpy with my orden . Coming just in time to me to live.
And no time to cheque it . unfortunatly the base plate was missing; and render tre tripod unuseful, I haven't remediated this problem . But I happy to use the system once again

My overall experience with the Melbourne store and staff was pleasant, nice & very helpful.

Unfortunately the online store, not so very much, after purchasing something online, it remained on the same page and if I didn't know any better, I would have pressed the purchase button again and that would have resulted in me purchasing the same item twice, (I don't think so!).

Then there is no option to purchase the item from Melbourne, meaning I had to wait for the team in Sydney to sort everything out, which resulted in them forgetting about my purchase leaving me to wait up to two weeks before I gave them a call to see what was happening.

Other than that I would still recommend Dragon Image, (just go in store to purchase, not online)

Recently purchased some out of the ordinary equipment, which I had almost admitted I would need to buy from oversees. Thought I'd try Dragon Image, and I'm glad I did.
Great service, very quick to respond to queries, and the items arrived in no time at all. The price was also very competitive.
Make sure you give these guys a go.

We use this microphone for all our interior film shots. Great detailed sound for voice due to its larger condenser 3/4" capsule, compared to what you will find on a standard outdoors shotgun microphone. Easy to handle on a boompole. Also more forgiving with a wider polar pattern when people are moving about on the set.

I recently hired an HMI light from Dragon Image and I can't praise them enough. They were helpful at every turn, answering questions and offering advice as needed. Will definitely be returning when I need to hire any more film production equipment.

I was served by Angelo who is great at communicating. He explained how certain items worked in a way that I understood which made me more confident with my purchase. He listened to what my plan was and didn't recommend things that I didn't need which is a big tick in my books. I learnt a few things and have put them into practise successfully. I will definitely be back to purchase more items.

Even if you have to wait a minute or two, there's plenty to check out. Could get lost in there for days

Ordered 2 items after 2 weeks told me not in stock don't mind waiting and then after another 2 weeks still nothing from them got refund
