No complaints here. These guys are great! On a side note i disliked 80 percent of the new products i ordered but thats not their fault. So frustrating as thats my normal percentage, around 2 or 3 out of 10 all like ahhhh

We've looked into this case and we can see that we responded to the initial email which stated that as you had violated our terms and conditions and your own national requirements, you essentially invalidated your consumer agreement with us. Since then, you have proceeded to copy and paste the same email in excess of 15 times within 10 minutes. We have responded to one of these emails with a similar response to your initial email. However, we do not have the resources to duplicate these responses to all of your replica emails.

In this very rare scenario, we were unable to fulfill your order so an immediate refund was issued as we didn't want to hold onto your funds and didn't want you waiting longer than necessary to receive your money back.

Was overcharged and they messaged me and refunded it before I’d even noticed. Hermes were taking a while with my first shipment so the 2nd was sent out with Royal Mail first class. Couldn’t have been more efficient with helping me and keeping me updated. Fantastic service.
