Always excellent customer service shown…

Always excellent customer service shown by this company. Any time there has been a problem with my order (such as something being out of stock) they have always rang me to arrange an alternative option.

Their mystery 'value' boxes are awesome! I've ordered multiple times and have not yet received anything that I didn't like!

End of line stock on my existing order but the happy gent that rang me, offered an alternative and still got it to me in good time, wealth of knowledge, unbelievably helpful, highly recommend

a terrible experience

I purchased a product, and I did not know that it was prohibited in the country in which I reside, and when it was returned , I did not find anyone cooperating with me to replace the product, I did not even ask for a refund money, I only asked to replace it, a terrible experience

As your order was rejected by international customs in your country, there was nothing we could do because any replacement would also have been rejected.

No complaints here

No complaints here. These guys are great! On a side note i disliked 80 percent of the new products i ordered but thats not their fault. So frustrating as thats my normal percentage, around 2 or 3 out of 10 all like ahhhh

Hello,

Thank you for your review. We've looked into this case and we can see that we responded to the initial email which stated that as you had violated our terms and conditions and your own national requirements, you essentially invalidated your consumer agreement with us. Since then, you have proceeded to copy and paste the same email in excess of 15 times within 10 minutes. We have responded to one of these emails with a similar response to your initial email. However, we do not have the resources to duplicate these responses to all of your replica emails.

We're sorry your experience wasn't to the standard you expected and your feedback will be used to improve our services.

Order cancelled with no correspondence, had to chase up a reason after PayPal notified me of a refund

Apologies for this. We can see from your our emails that we did send you an email shortly after your order was refunded with a reason as to why it cancelled. In this very rare scenario, we were unable to fulfill your order so an immediate refund was issued as we didn't want to hold onto your funds and didn't want you waiting longer than necessary to receive your money back.

Fantastic service

Was overcharged and they messaged me and refunded it before I’d even noticed. Hermes were taking a while with my first shipment so the 2nd was sent out with Royal Mail first class. Couldn’t have been more efficient with helping me and keeping me updated. Fantastic service.

I ordered 11x10ml of Nicotine Salt.
I received only 10 pieces instead of 11 even written on the order.

Decided to turn my 2 stars into 5 stars to that warm response from the staff willing to fix a minor issue.
