I ordered from this company and received my items very quickly. They were out of stock in one of the flavours I had ordered so sent me 2 that I could mix together for a similar result so I’m very pleased with the service I received. :)

Slow delivery emails ignored
Paid for 24 hour service took three days to arrive when I questioned it first time I was told the next day it would arrive. Second day it still hadn’t arrived the my query was ignored.
Good products and reasonably priced just a poor experience for me on this occasion

We apologise for delay that has occurred. Couriered deliveries are being delayed from time to time at the moment due to the high volumes they are receiving combined with a smaller workforce. We apologise for this but as you know, once we hand a parcel over to a courier, it's out of our control. We recommend that if you want a next day guaranteed service with any future orders, you opt for guaranteed next day delivery by Royal Mail. Tracked 24 and 1st Class Signed For services only aim to to get your order completed within 24 hours but they do not guarantee it.
