The product we ordered was for a building site that is shut on weekends. Product was 10 days late and they tried to deliver it on a Saturday then a Sunday. Very disappointing

Absolute top draw customer service.
They couldn't be more helpful when it comes to my small order of just 3 x6m pipes to a private house.
If they treat all customers like they did me, then the big building companies need to talk to these for drainage needs. Im sure they will all be very pleased with the outcome and service.
